Quite possibly the best bar in Williamsport. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The bartenders are happy to answer any questions or give you prices ahead of time (which is very nice if you're experimenting with drinks). Planet does karaoke when they're open and its great fun. The space is quite small and gets crowded easily, but the energy is still fantastic. this bar is a judgement-free zone, come with whomever makes you happy. The food is par for bar treats, but not overly priced which makes grabbing a quick bite convenient. I only wish they had more meat-free options, but I've heard everything is pretty decent. Greatest bar in Williamsport. The atmosphere is great. It's a very comfortable crowd not you normal Williamsport area crowd of men standing around staring g at everyone who enters the typical macho sausage fest bars in Williamsport. Fun friendly joint. The drinks were strong and good. The music was great and my friend and I had a blast. So much so that I went back just by my self another night. The place seems to fill up fast but we had arrived early so it was pretty open. My friends and I were a bit to handle but the bartender with the patients of a saint put up with us singing along to the jukebox and bar top magic tricks. Loved this bar! Spent 2 days in Williamsport for a conference- visited this place both nights! Very clean, friendly staff, and excellent service! The atmosphere was amazing! Drinks were reasonably priced and the$1 gummy bear shots were fun! Highly recommend! read more

Wife and I really enjoy coming here with friends. It is a small place but to two owners are very friendly. And always happy to see you. Drinks are not bad priced either parking can be a bit of hassle. Due to them being on a small street but given the chance stop in and say hello. read more

I found this place three years ago discovered how warm and friendly the customers are, how efficient the owners are at serving and hosting their patrons. It's worth the 75 minute drive to enjoy the cozy atmosphere that is provided, Food selection is limited but I have never found any item I would hesitate to order again. Turkey hoagies, deep friend freen beans, pizzas, bacon-cheese fries all get a big thumbs up. Good music selection and karaoke via jukebox and three televisions enhance viewing choices. Only the schedule of open days keeps me from giving The Planet Bar all five stars. read more
