ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS PIZZA!!! Just moved in around the block and have walked passed this pizza place multiple times now, always saying "we need to try this place sometime!" Well today was the day. We ordered online, which was super easy! I liked how you can select toppings on the left and right halves of the pizza. We got peppers & onions on one half, and eggplant on the other. The pizza was ready on time and still piping hot when we opened it up at home. My mom, my dad and I could not stop complimenting this pizza. I really liked the sauce on it. We have ordered from this place many times for game night since our friend lives around the corner and it has never disappointed. They are always realistic with their time estimations, with all the food on their extensive menu coming out delicious each time! The garlic knots are the absolute best and I always have to stop there to grab a half dozen when I am in the area. Their pasta is also al dente every time, never overcooked like many other pizzerias. Among other things, their various pasta dishes and hot antipasto are some of the favorites among our group! Besides their amazing food, we also have had nothing but positive experiences with the management there. They are a mighty team of three that work tirelessly to ensure that orders come out perfect each time. Yesterday, we were ordering some garlic knots and zeppoli on our way home when we realized we had a flat tire. We ordered the food and then asked the owner if he had a can of WD-40 since the lug nuts were NOT coming off. Not only did he find a can, he brought it out to us, along with some gloves so that our hands didn't get covered in grease. Once we are out there for a bit (and clearly not getting very far), he came out to help us out and managed to get all the lug nuts loosened. This review is strictly for lack of customer service - their food is pretty good however the lady who works there is awful! My daughter ordered two gyros, a pasta and a salad to be delivered; I observed her place the order. The order was delivered and only 1 gyro was with the order; she called back and explained a gyro was missing and the woman began to yell at her that she only paid for one gyro; no apology for missing the gyro in the order. It got to the point where my daughter (17) was becoming upset on the phone at which point - I got involved explained she had ordered two and only 1 was delivered. The woman said we were not charge and I asked them for her to itemize the bill for me; she told me she doesn't know the prices off the top of her head she just pushes buttons on the register - but if I wanted it I needed to pay for it. She was very aggressive on the phone - I asked her if this is how she spoke to all customers and suggested that because she made the error she really should not charge us; especially since we would be delayed further. She told me I was the one arguing with her and the only way we were getting the gyro was if we paid for it... WOW! Won't be giving them our business ever again. read more

In the effort of maintaining full disclosure for all of my reviews (as few of them as I have at the moment...) I want to let everyone know that I have been ordering food here for approximately 20 years. I have done everything in my power to divorce my review from nostalgia in every way and I think that this is a fairly unbiased piece on this nice little local pizza joint. It's a small storefront that you can easily miss as you are careening down South Country Road at any speed, especially if you are like most people driving on that road and doing 60 mphs! There is a recently renovated interior with a few tables for a sit down and TV's on both ends of the aisle. I have eaten in maybe 4 times in the last 8 years, as I usually prefer to have my pizza at home. On the odd occasion I have eaten there, I have always mildly enjoyed watching the peoples coming in for their dinners and listening to the various conversations and cell phone calls people are on in a public place. The dining room area isn't anything more than what I have already described, except that you are always going to be aware of the weather as the front door is never too far away no matter where you sit. That said; let's get on to the food! It's a typical pizzeria that offers a selection of pastas and pizza, sides, and a few standard fare dishes like cheeseburgers and whatnot. I have personally tried almost every combination of pizza toppings that don't include vegetables (except for onions.) and always found their pizza to be crisp, cheesy, and with a decent sauce. They do a good job with the cheese/sauce/bread ratio and I have never come away from having two or three slices thinking that it was anything less than "good pizza." I adore their garlic knots and their mozzarella sticks. I don't care if they are purchased frozen and microwaved or however they prepare them, I will order one of those or the other whenever anyone in my place is ordering from there regardless if I am hungry or not. Case in point, my lady tried their Bacon and Bleu Cheese burger platter the other night and her sister got a Cheese Calzone. I had to throw in a small Mozzarella sticks even though I had eaten two hours prior. Those sticks lasted 22 minutes after they arrived even though I was trying to save them for the next day. The burger got two thumbs up from her and the calzone was given high marks for size, quantity, and taste. A good half of that did not get eaten that night! It's cool though, I'm still slicing off pieces of it two days later and tossing it into the toaster oven to snack on. In the hundreds of times I have had them deliver to me, I can honestly say they have made some kind of mistake or forgotten something less than three times and I have called once or twice in the last 7-8 years out of a hundred orders to ask how much longer will the order take. The reason for such a good percentage is honest appraisal of delivery times. They don't say "Thirty minutes" then have me calling them at the fifty minute mark and then again at the sixty minute mark. They give a good assessment on the time, and then they get there around that mark. Overall, this is a good local pizza place. Nothing overly pricey and the place does not try to be more than what it is. read more

This is our favorite pizza in town. We've lived in E Patchogue for 5 years and we have tried all the local pizzerias. They are generous with the toppings, the cheese is not greasy and they have sesame crust! We are regulars and have always been treated very courteously by the staff. The zeppolis are delicious, too. We are happy for them, but hate when they go on vacation and we have to try another shop. It never measures up. I make my own salad because theirs is just cucumbers, olives and tomatoes & I like a lot of veggies in my salad. We always order ahead, get extra sauce & reheat on our pizza stone! My husband and I started ordering from here when we moved to E. Patchogue and began trying multiple pizza places we have only had delivery as we only eat pizza on lazy nights. Though we have experienced some not so happy to take our order employees Majority if the time they are perfectly fine... I mean seriously who wants to take orders all day, I take no offense. The owner is really friendly but the staff is the most rude and pushy staff I've ever experienced. The delivery guy is a straight up jerk and takes forever and I live not even a block away. One time he forgot our garlic knots, we sent him back because he was so nasty taking our order, and then he gave them to us practically still dough (prob did it on purpose). Another time being physically in the shoppe a female worker put a customers slice on top of the oven before heating it up (prob is dusty, not where food should go, etc) after picking it up from the display tray with her bare hands. The guy saw and said "I'm outta here, thats disgusting."
