After a long day on the road, driving literally across Ireland to get to this tiny city next to Galway, we decided to stay in the hotel last night and have dinner at their Gastro bar. I am so glad we did, the service was just spectacular and the food even though we ate light and didn't have the full dinner menu was some of the best food we've had. Deb had their seafood chowder which included about every type of animal you could eat from the sea from muscles to cod to shrimp. Just look at the picture and imagine a taste.
