The waitress brought A1 sauce to the table and we never cracked it open. The steak was juicy and very tender. We both had the baked potatoes and green beans (which were also amazing)! And no this isn't a paid advertisement. We also took home some desserts to try out (coconut cream pie and pecan bread pudding). We arrived at 5pm and there was only 3 tables taken. The good- drinks are extremely reasonable, and the food was great for bar food. Nice outside seating, plenty of parking. The Bad- Smoking, I know these small towns at till allow it, but yuck especially in a small place. We were there kinda early and the progressive democrats were meeting in the next room. I realy enjoyed talking to these folks as they came out of there meeting and socialized for a bit. The bar tender let us order food from the mexican place down the street so we had food and drinks and great company. This is my kind of bar! And the old fashioned was perfect.
