They are awful! They sent the wrong wig, so i sent it back. after providing tracking number, they still refused to send me back my money, and they kept the wig. So for the $133 i have nothing. I emailed them to return the wig if they won't give me the money back, now they can't find it (funny). Then they tried to say it was damaged, then said it was customized, they never received it back, all lies! I hope they get sued for scamming people! read more

I purchased something called the "mystery boxes" from this merchant during a Facebook live. You pay a certain amount of money which I paid $150 for $200 worth of products. Upon further expecting these products are not worth that price and most were used and damaged. When I reached out to the merchant regarding the delayed shipping, this merchant blocked me on Facebook, because my items I received were damaged. They were not even in any packaging and the brushes were tied together with a rubber band, dirty and some were bent and came off the handles. Most of the products were not even in boxes and looks old and used. Never in my life have a received poor service. As a business owner one would think business act professional. I really do not want to dispute the charge, but I will NOT lose money and cannot use these damaged dirty products that looks used. read more

This company gets cheap wigs from other companies and then sells them at a higher price For example they will buy a 50.00 cheap synthetic wig and sell it for 150.00 - 300 or more Unfortunately I learned way too late after giving them a good amount of my money The second time I purchased from them I realized the wig I bought was a wig I already had before and realized they scammed me Also went through some of their wigs on their site and recognized wigs I've had before that was on sell for a higher price Basically they resell cheap synthetic wigs for well over 100.00 read more

1 star only because I HAD to. I've had a terrible experience with this company. They sell on Facebook LIVE, which is how I found them. I bought a makeup bundle on 11/18 and it wasn't ready until 11/29. I made a 2nd order on 11/28 and didn't get a shipping update until 12/26 amd that was only AFTER calling them out on one of their Facebook LIVES, only then did I receive an email update that my order was ready. I received a text from them on 12/20 stating my order was ready for pickup anytime that week between the hours of 10am-8pm. I went the next day at 12:15p and noone was there at the store, they said come back in 30 minutes, which I had a dental appointment at 1p so I wouldn't be able to return, not only that, my 2nd order wasn't even ready (I found that put when I inquired later that evening about it). With gas prices being ridiculously high, and traffic and time, I find that to be unreasonable. I then asked for them to ship my order since I originally qualified for FREE shipping anyway but I opted to pickup just to be nice and save them on shipping (which I also stated on the notes of my order). Had I known they were not reliable to be at their store during the hours THEY said they would be open, I would've asked for my items to be shipped. All this was to be Christmas gifts, that I now had to scramble and find new gifts since this company did not come through. When asking for them to ship, they told me no, unless I paid shipping, I then reminded them I was eligible for free shipping at the time I placed my order, over a month ago. All this was discussed with them last week and now with the holidays over I come back to check and still no tracking info, no update, nothing. So I have filed a dispute with my credit cards and have sent them cancelation notices to which I got no response from them regarding this matter, only a tracking number via email, they barely did AFTER I let them know to cancel my orders. This company has ZERO communication skills. They should've kept me updated regarding my order after I had asked several times. Now they are well passed 1000 order numbers beyond mine that have been FILLED and shipped. Wouldn't recommend this company at all! And they blocked me from commenting on their FB page. Ive been very nice up until they recently after they don't communicate with me appropriately. And NOWHERE on my orders does it state I needed to call ahead of time to let them know when I'd be there for pickup, not on their email stating my order was ready for pickup either, so they expect me to assume I need to call ahead of time to pickup an order at a BUSINESS address, not to mention they TEXTED me stating their business hours for that specific holiday week. All I want at this point is a refund. I don't need the items since I had to replace the gifts anyway. read more

The ladies here actually tried to help, rather than sell to me. I ended up purchase 3 items for my wife and she loved them. I will be returning to purchase more items. I love this online shop, the staff is always super energetic and fun. This place does not sell high end makeup like some of you may want. So if your not willing to try more inexpensive brands than this is not for you. Telling you right now. But coming from me that I always have been a makeup snob, I honestly just bought from this place because I loved watching Aida, I paid 50 and they matched my dollar amount.
