I bought two Pinball machines from Pinball Dudes. The first one, a Jurassic Park, was delivered and it worked great. They were good about the warranty for year one. After year one, it became harder to get something fixed. I then bought a Godzilla. That's when the real issue began. They sold me a machine with over 1500 plays on it. It was supposed to be new. I called to get someone over to fix a flipper issue. Not surprising, since it was well used. Made an appointment and the guy didn't show up. When I called to ask what happened I was attacked on the phone by the owner of the place. Buyer beware, this place is not what they seem. Take your business elsewhere! I just read his response, which is just filled with falsehoods. What kind of a business owner says the junk he just said about me. There are plenty of places to go. You don't have to buy from Pinball Dudes! He's bold faced lying about selling me a machine with 1500 plays. I was misled! He did send someone to fix it as it's supposed to have a one year warranty. I guess if he thinks your rude he doesn't have to comply with that. The death of his partner happened long before I bought the machine. What did that have to do with his making an appointment with me to fix a problem and not showing up. That's why I called in the first place. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere and unless you want to be treated like the response from this guy you should stay clear. What costumer wants to be treated like that. The dudes are great! The location has recently grown and had a remodel inside. It's very nice inside now with a plethora of games to look at and browse and play. I really like how they have the tech area in the back but open. If you really want you can talk to one of the guys working on games. I try to let them approach me because working on a pinball machine with about a million of one moving parts it's not always the best idea to disturb them. Anytime I've had a game that I needed to sell. Eric always offers me a very fair price or more than I was hoping to get. The dudes often will do trades toward new games or outright swaps. Whenever I interact with the dudes, they are very helpful knowledgeable and caring about the hobby in general. Some of the guys in the shop really present themselves as people who love these machines. I've watched some of the guys in the back work on difficult problems but I don't even understand but I just enjoy their banter and discussion. If you're looking to shop, this is a great place. They have almost every new game with a large selection of games new in the box. The used game selection is also good. They usually have a large inventory of older games which many are the titles I enjoy. All of their games are completely torn down and gone through before sold.anything you take home from the dudes you can expect to work 100% and you also don't have to worry because they have a really great history it's taking care of their customers. definitely one of the best places I've been to to shop for games! read more

When I moved to palm beach gardens Florida and realized I was not far from Pinball dudes, it made my day! I have since purchased three pins from them, Star Trek Premium, Halloween CE and a Walking Dead Premium. Its important to note that I look for quality and am willing to pay if it is in fantastic condition with no errors or hidden challenges. All three pins I purchased far exceeded my expectations and all of them where at a very fair price. No coming from a distributor that's no easy feat. normally find my deals through other collectors. As mentioned before they will also buy back and trade. David has been a joy to deal with, Eric is hilarious and a solid tech and I plan to deal with them for some time to come. Oh and I LOVE that when your on site no one is following you around trying to sell you a game to sell you a game. We discovered the dudes through the "Pinball Map" app and saw excellent reviews. Well let me tell you, they did not disappoint. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and invited to play any machine that was on. The games are in immaculate condition - easily the best maintained games I've ever played on with polished play fields, bright LEDS, and fresh rubbers. Everything was on free play with no cost to guests, and we played for about 2 hours. One of the staff members had great tips about pinball apps to check out. Everyone was extremely friendly and tolerated our boisterous cheers during our multi-ball streaks. They also sell machines (lots of new Sterns) and refurbish historic ones with a quick rotation, so you know you're getting the best deal and top notch opinions with them.
