I have issues with vertigo and don't have good balance even just standing on my feet, so being on my head for the first time in a new surrounding when I came just to stretch for a gentle yoga class was not at all what I had signed up for. Pretty disappointed all around and was shocked based on all the good reviews they got. The people at the front desk are all very kind, especially Julie. The instructors are all amazing, I've tried to join each of their classes and they're all awesome, and helpful. Pilates in the beginning can be quite a humbling experience but I think this studio is amazing. I started with the 2 classes weekly and sure enough, I'm at the unlimited.
