Teresa is the owner of T-fit. I've been training with her off and on for the last ten years. She is extremely knowledgable in all areas of fitness. She helped to train me during both of my pregnancies and get me back into my old jeans lightning fast after both my babies! Her fitness studio is very clean and fresh. Her equipment is top notch and she has a lot of it! So if your looking for something new you've never tried before I'm sure she has it. She held kids fitness classes once a week during the summer and my kids absolutely loved going (and they did not want to leave!). Will attach pictures! I have trained with other trainers over the years but I stay training with her since she is just leaps and bounds above the others. She is a true leader of the pack when it comes to fitness. Now don't feel weird if your not in shape and are not super skinny going to her. She is not the type of trainer that only trains the elite and she will NEVER judge you or make you feel bad about your weight even if your a size 20! She trains ALL body types, men, woman, young and old. If you have goals and want to get there, this is the trainer to hire. She will hold you accountable but you won't ever feel like you've been defeated. She is positive and focused on what you want to achieve and will supply you with the best knowledge and fitness training to get you to reach those goals. I started working out with Teresa, the owner of T-fit in June of 2019. I had gone through a move, then taking care of two houses, then selling original house, and hadn't exercised in at least 6 months. At age 41, I was somewhat scared of getting back into the swing of things again. It's always easy to stop exercising but the restarting was causing me to procrastinate. After reading all the reviews I thought I'd give it a shot. I didn't think I was up for waking up with an alarm yet so I opted for personal training (something I had never done before). Teresa was welcoming, friendly & easily adjusted her method to where I was at physically. It was challenging & I definitely had a lot of soreness but she helped me work through it and after a month, I was ready to join the regular group classes. The classes aren't huge which I like and everyone was friendly - all varying ages, shapes and sizes made me feel very comfortable. I was panicked when the COVID hit and worried I'd fall back into bad habits. Teresa adjusted accordingly offering virtual online classes & sessions until the restrictions are lifted.
