It's impossible to get in touch with someone who actually understands what's going on or is willing to fix it. I did everything right. I handed over my phone in good faith, expecting the trade-in credit that was promised. Now I'm stuck paying the price for their employee's negligence. I've never felt so misled or disrespected by a business. Verizon, do better. This is unacceptable. Keep in mind this plan has been going over 30yrs! So to be done like this is pretty insane.
