Luckily, Nita nanny was available with flexibility, experience, and an absolutely amazing nanny. She was not only able to entertain our children who are aged 2 through 11, but she was also able to put my 2 year old to sleep. That's a huge deal since that is something I have to do almost every night. It was great to be able to go out with friends and be adults again!

While I went into the class with an open mind, I'd be lying if I said I hadn't been conditioned to believe certain stigmas or facts I had heard about baby sleep over the years. The thought of a sleepless newborn has always been daunting and with so many different opinions out there on the "right way" to navigate sleep, I have been overwhelmed and drowning in research of every method and belief to be found online. Lauren is extremely educated around this topic and it was very clear from start to finish. Not only that, but her belief system when it comes to taking care of your baby, and her emphasis on trusting your parental intuition, aligned identically to the way I feel and want to parent. I learned a ton of things I had never heard, debunked a lot of myths I had been told to believe, and explored a number of options and ideas to consider. I left the class feeling more confident in my intuition and doing what feels right for me and my baby, equipped with resources to look back on when things get rough and sleep progressions come up. The material we learned made for great conversation on the drive home between my partner & I to brainstorm ideas to support one another throughout the first year. I left feeling prepared and confident. I would recommend Lauren's services to any expectant parents, current parents, nannies, doulas, or anyone with a baby in their life who would like to know the "WHYs" behind their sleep behaviors.

Unlike a typical "sleep trainer," Lauren took a gentle, holistic, and evidence-based approach that focused on our son's needs, my comfort levels, and our family's overall well-being. With her guidance, we were able to gradually eliminate night feeds in a way that felt natural and supportive, not abrupt or stressful. She provided clear steps, continuous support, and truly listened to our concerns. By following her plan, our son began sleeping longer stretches almost immediately. We came back to Lauren again at 13 months for help with slowly and respectfully weaning from breastfeeding. Once again, her approach was thoughtful, compassionate, and completely tailored to us. She helped me navigate the emotional side of weaning while making sure our little one continued to feel secure and settled. Our son now sleeps through the night, and I feel empowered and confident thanks to her guidance. If you're looking for a sleep specialist who blends expertise with empathy, and who supports gentle, sustainable change, Lauren is truly exceptional. I for sure know that I will be reaching out to her again when/if we need support again in the future.

Jenny listened very carefully to our requirements, made her own suggestions (which we though were fantastic) and within a week she suggested a nanny for us who she though would be a perfect match within our budget. Indeed, she was right. I don't think we could have found a better nanny for our daughter. We immediately hired her after the first interview and have continued with our nanny for almost two years now. We hope to keep her for our second child as well. Beyond just searching for the nanny, Jenny also made the hiring process and the related formalities (pay negotiations, contract signing etc) very smooth, thorough and straight forward. I am very glad we chose 'A Caring Nanny' to find a nanny for our family and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I found most nanny agencies lacking in quality of service compared to my experiences out east. The one exception I found was A Caring Nanny. The services they offer are spectacular and exactly what you should expect when you hire a nanny agency. I found most of the agencies in Arizona do not adequately vet their candidates and have been disappointed by the number of hours wasted by other agencies. I was delighted to find Jenny's high standards employed in every candidate she presents. Jenny listens to your family's needs and meets them in the nanny she matches to your family. She does not waste your time with unsuitable candidates. Her experience in matching families has given her amazing insight into what our family needed as our child developed. We have always been grateful for her recommendations and found her services invaluable to our family over the years. What I found refreshing about working with Jenny is that in all four nannies she placed with us through the various stages of our family's needs, she genuinely cared about what was the best for our child. I could not imaging using any other agency in Arizona while A Caring Nanny is around.
