Shannon is highly recommended. Whether you are buying, selling or renting a home, go with Shannon - You can't go wrong. We've had the opportunity to work with Shannon on both a home purchase and a sale, both experiences were fantastic, but each experience came with its own unique challenges. When we purchased the house, it was a very competitive seller's market, but Shannon helped us stay focused and guided us through the process of making a winning offer. More recently, when the market had shifted and favored buyers, he helped us position and price the home strategically, and we were able to close a deal we felt really good. If he wasn't good enough, we wouldn't have worked with him a second time--right? Shannon listened & learned carefully and then quickly understood what we were looking for and stayed focused on our goals, never pushing us in a direction that didn't feel right. Shannon's pricing strategies were well thought out and based on careful analysis. Most importantly, we trusted him completely and felt he always had our best interests in mind. I am a very particular person, especially when it comes to purchasing a home. I have a clear vision of what I want, and I won't settle for anything less. In the extremely competitive Irvine market, with its outrageous bidding wars and my limited budget, I knew my wish list was ambitious. I wanted a pristine 3-bedroom property with a spacious living room, a kitchen on the first floor, a bathtub, a second-floor loft, and a location in the best school district. You might think I'm being unrealistic, right? I often questioned my own expectations throughout the months of home searching. But then came Shannon and his incredible team. They made it happen. I managed to secure my dream home before it went public for open house bidding, even below the market price, and the process was no harder than answering a couple of phone calls. A review can be biased, but statistics don't lie. Buying a home is one of the most critical decisions for most people, and it should be an enjoyable journey. Relax and let the professionals guide you--and by professionals, I mean Shannon and his team. If you are reading this post right now, please trust that fate is leading you to a stress-free home purchase experience. I am very thankful for Shannon's kindness and effort, and you will be too. read more

Shannon has been the best realtor I have worked with so far. Starting with helping us prepare the house pre staging, determining the pricing, planning and executing all the repairs and enhancements, staging marketing selling and finally closing, he went through all of this as if it was his own home. We had a unique situation where I had to relocate to a different state 3 weeks before staging, and Shannon drove the whole process all by himself keeping me updated on the progress throughout the process. You have to experience his hospitality to know what I mean ! read more

Let me begin by saying this is my first home purchase. Putting everything together isn't a simple process. The first and foremost important thing is having a team on your side that has your best interest at hart, keeps their word and informs you every step of the way. For my first time buy I was lucky enough to have Shannon Petluck as team captain. He took the time to call me every time there were any developments, documentation needing my attention and in general to set my mind at ease. I can't say enough about how professionally Shannon handled this entire transaction and how seamlessly he made it happen. As stressed and pressured as I felt it's was incredibly reassuring knowing Shannon had my back all along the way. Shannon made sure all the "T's" were crossed and the "I's" were dotted. All I can say is if I ever go down this road again Shannon Petluck is DEFINITELY my go to guy. Honestly I don't see myself trusting anyone else with my real estate needs other than Shannon. Thanks for all your help getting me the home of my dreams. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Sincerely, Jes Frederiksen read more

When it came time to sell my home in Irvine, I set up at least 4-5 interviews to choose the RIGHT realtor. To be honest, Shannon kinda flew under the radar at the beginning due to an over-saturated pool of realtors in the area. However, he took the proactive step to greet me in person without being too pushy. That made him stand out above the rest. And then, once he was permitted to tour my home, he was respectful, considerate & courteous while showing his unique trait of attention to detail. The combination of these characteristics truly set him apart from the rest. It was my gut telling me that he was the right one to work with. So I actually cancelled two other interviews that had already been lined up. As soon as we started working together, it was clear that he was a "hustler", in a good sense of the word. We worked together as a team to turn my home around for open houses within 4 days! (Decluttering, cleaning, staging, listing and the rest). That by itself was quite a feat. Then came the Open Houses during memorial weekend, what originally was scheduled to be a 2-day Open House turned into a 4-day Open House throughout that long weekend because Shannon wanted to hustle through the long weekend trying to capture as many buyers' eyeballs as possible. And we did, we had quite a few offers on the table after just one long weekend. Shannon would present all the offers, give his professional opinion considering the market variables but leave the decision-making solely to me as the seller. I thought this was extremely important. In addition, when things needed a fix or didn't exactly go the way we had planned, an honest talk was all he needed to respond with "I'm on it" as opposed to "finger-pointing" or coming up with excuses. At the end, he got my home sold for a great price within 4 days. The whole process from my deciding to sell the home to getting it sold took a total of 1 week! That speaks volume about his professionalism, efficiency, self-motivation, work ethic and HUSTLE. You need the "hustle" in order to do well in any line of business especially in real estate, and everything Shannon exhibited justifies why he's a successful realtor. He also has a great skillset to be a nimble negotiator. I rarely write reviews for anyone but I felt that only by writing this lengthy review for Shannon could justify all of his efforts during this stressful process. Thanks Shannon! I highly recommend him to anyone to work with! P.S. He is so knowledgable and eager to share everything he knows. You can easily tell by chatting with him for 2 minutes to experience his lightening fast talking speed. His brain certainly moves fast so be ready to move right along with him! Sometimes I had to interject and cut him off just to let him breathe :) Best, Darren J read more

When I talked with Shannon , we were in Detroit and were looking for a place for ourselves in the west. Much worried to move to SoCal and get a place, I have to say Shannon has been nothing less than amazing. He understands the industry and his negotiation skills are the best. From the very start Shannon has been very responsive , no exaggeration but even responding to a text pretty early and late as well. He has answered all our questions along the way and sometimes answered the same question more than once but never ever expressed any impatience, which shows he works tirelessly for the clients. He has been nothing but phenomenal in clearly understanding what we needed in the home including the traditions we follow and in fact found the exact facing of the entrance of the home for us. He is very professional , trustworthy , open and especially very honest throughout the process which is the most required. We are very happy with the home we purchased and we would have not gotten here without Shannon's experience and help throughout. read more
