By far the worst person I have ever worked with across the board. Not just realty specific. Very unprofessional.

From the very beginning, Theresa took the time to really understand what we were looking for and what mattered most to us. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and instead approached everything with patience, honesty, and genuine care. It was clear that we weren't just another transaction--we were people she truly wanted to help. What stood out most to me was how responsive and thoughtful Theresa was throughout the entire process. No question was too small, and no concern was ever brushed aside. She always made sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions, which meant a lot during such an important moment. Beyond that, Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Whether it was navigating negotiations, handling unexpected challenges, or offering practical advice, she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out in our best interest. I'm genuinely grateful we had the chance to work with Theresa, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You'll be in excellent hands.

Katherine's dedication to us was key because we had placed an offer on another home only to see the home, we would eventually buy listed on the market couple hours later. Katherine quickly pivoted to contacting the seller's agent and getting us a viewing of the home. We submitted an offer that same day and it couldn't have worked out better! Katherine's professionalism and planning was exemplary. She provided us with valuable information about the community we purchased our new home in which confirmed our decision was the correct one. Katherine's support and dedication to us during the entire process was simply awesome! Thank you, Dan Choi Real Estate! Katherine, thank you so very much! We were very fortunate to have you as our real estate agent!

Today, my agent and I went to a showing after texting Susan, to see a home in the San Dimas area. Susan okayed the viewing, and after viewing the home, I was sold on signing up for the property. After the viewing my agent tried contacting Susan multiple times via email/phone/text as she was not responsive for multiple hours. I had my paper work ready to send, but was on hold for hours. We then receive a call back (after work hours), to say that the home was actually sold today... No explanation, just that it was sold without telling us anything or updating us. So in short: I wasted my entire day for this viewing that I liked, and did not receive any updates on it at all. It was basically a tease for me to enjoy the home, but then tell me "sorry for not responding to anything, but the house is gone". Awful agent, awful experience, and overall an awful professional experience that led to me wasting my day/energy. If they have a property to view, consider it gone without you knowing it, and that they will not respond to you.

If you prefer to be treated like a decent human being, THEN AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Every single person I've spoken with here have left me feeling aggravated and disrespected. Even the lady at the reception desk treated me like I'm an idiot. How do you run a business like this?! How do you speak to your clients or just people in general with such rude and awful (lack of) mannerism?! Just having to deal with these people twice a year, at move-in and move-out, is already two times too many for me. Every phone call my roommates and I have received from them made us feel.. honestly just harassed. They called us uncooperative and scolded us as if we were children. We are all full-time working adults, our parents don't even talk to us like that. During our last month before move out, Anne demanded a copy of our keys for them to show the place to potential future tenants (which we of course understand and agreed to), but she failed to follow up with us and never brought anyone over. Surprise, surprise, who would want to work these people anyway. On move out day, I was scheduled to meet with Grace at 4pm. At 3:28pm my roommate received a call from her demanding to know why nobody was there. I also received a call from her telling me she's closeby. That's nice, we all have jobs, too, if we made an appt at 4, I'll be there at 4. I assumed I'd be meeting her at their office, and upon arrival, I was "greeted" by a rude lady at the reception desk who kept grabbing the papers in my hand and asking what I was there for. She made me put all the keys in one of their envelopes and made me write my name, number, and property address on there. Fine, that makes sense I guess. After she taped up the envelope she says to me, "Ok, call Grace now." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? SHE'S NOT HERE? Nope, she's not. You seriously couldn't have told me this when I got there? Is wasting my time fun for you?! My bad if I didn't know that I was supposed to meet at the house, nobody ever informed me of this either. I rushed over to the house like a maniac and ran up to the door only to see her taking her sweet time to finish up her business in her car. She doesn't even greet me or introduce herself, I've never even met her before, but that's my stupidity to think they had the manners for that. She walked around our carpeted house with her shoes on criticizing me of how dirty we are. We're pretty clean people and we did a pretty good job with taking care of that place, sorry we actually LIVED there and it's not cleaner than before we moved in. She said that the carpets were new when we moved in when we know for a fact from our landlord (and have pictures for proof) that it was not spotless and had a layer of dust on top due to its two year vacancy. Get your facts straight. I left feeling angry and insulted, there's no reason for anyone to talk to you and treat you the way they do. ESPECIALLY for real estate agents. It's no wonder this place has such poor reviews. They don't even deserve that one star. If I knew how to contact their management to file a formal complaint, I would. But looks like the bad reviews on here are of the founder himself. Then what's there to do? JUST DON'T EVER USE THEM. Save yourself the grief, seriously, any real estate company is better.

We had to amicably part ways with our prior property manager after our unit was vacant for 4 months and we were so glad to come upon Marshall Reddick. I'll cut to the chase - they rented out our property in 6 days at a standard market rate with a dream tenant. If you want to learn some more details that may be helpful to you... We had an intake interview with Chris Carlson who answered all of our questions accurately and honestly. Everything that he shared with us about their management style, good and different, was accurate. Our property manager is Oscar Muratalla and he is wonderful and a trustworthy communicator. Their work is great. Their onboarding process is standardized and thorough. It seems from my end that they respond to tenant requests promptly. Their vendors are industry standard and reasonably priced. I would recommend MR to any landlord who is looking for a straightforward and practical property management group to work with.

My experience with Cameron was great until it wasn't. He went completely ghost and did not put in the contract with the sellers that they could take the pots in my front porch. We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.
