I brought it in for them to check out and before I left it there, they suggested I check for any recalls on my car and any battery issues. I went home, did that and solved the problem pretty quickly. They could have absolutely charged me to take my car in and see what the problem was. (This is not the first situation we have had where they have been upfront and honest with us) The really are trustworthy and I will continue to go back for any service or body work !

Due to a recent fender bender in my own driveway with another of my cars I find I am a cash customer, thus I did some price shopping. Tri-Town came in plus or minus 20 dollars with 3 other shops I visited. I went with Tri-Town because I was warmly received by both owners and felt I was being treated honestly. Having spent most of my life working with the public I think I have become a good judge of character when dealing with people. As it would turn out my assessment turned out to be true, as I stated above - Excellent service, I was treated professionally and honestly . The final price was as we agreed. The work was excellent. I had the front grille and bumper/ fascia replaced. Every thing looks perfect. I have had body work done at several other places over the years, and based on my less than wonderful experiences at several other shops that shall remain nameless at this moment I think I am in a good position to be able to give my strongest recommendation to Tri-Town Collision !

mad mike, the owner told me to leave my car and put the key in the lock box. when i called mid…read moreafternoon my car had still not been touched. i show up at 5 to pick up my car and it had been run through quickly. not even close to a full detail. the rugs were dirty and soaking wet. the car smelled horrible due to the moisture. the exterior looked as if it had only been wiped down and not washed prior to wax being applied. The trunk was never even opened i could tell because leaves were still in the door jamb of the trunk. The wimdows were hazy and i could barely see through them. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. I call mad mike to tell him about it and he tells me it was because i didnt purchase theur "top detailing package" i asked how much that was. He said another 475. I told him if 375 got me what im looking at now how would another 100 fix that? He had no answer. He offered to "help" me out and make sure i was "happy" but only if i pay another 100 to uograde the package. Hard pass mad mike. He is so obviously, a union stoonad. Probably a mafia guy, who knows. He seemed like the type. I go and talk to a friend at the a.g. office about my experience. They told me mad mike only uses that place to launder money for mafia gangstwrs and misappropriated union pension funds. Buyers beware. Mad mike is a charming extortion artist and a gangster.
