I called and Maggie stated that this is not the experience they want for their customers. She asked if they could replace the bouquet and I said that would be quite fair. Instead they decided to give us purple tinted flowers with the arrangement. I called after they delivered it the morning of and said this is NOT what we ordered or paid for? They said they ran out of flowers to do what we ordered, but to email with a confirmation of my order and they'd give me money back (I never heard back from them) they should truly call and make sure about any changes to an arrangement especially when knowing they are ones for something so important and sensitive. They didn't seem to care one bit. So I wouldn't recommend them for special occasions. Which isn't all that bad, because it reminded her husband what was coming up. But if you're expecting them to deliver on a specific date for a reason, you might want to specify that somehow with the company, because otherwise they might deliver the flowers ahead of time.
