Loved how great my bouquet turned out! I had reached out about a week in advance to get a bouquet made to take my bridal portraits with and they were more than responsive. I brought in pictures of what I wanted it to look like and the matched it perfectly! They even were able to meet me at 730AM for me to pick up my flowers. They went above and beyond! read more

Planned Perfection - Florists Near Me - Fort Myers, Florida

I'm really not sure how many stars to give this review. So the beginning process with Planned Perfection was absolutely amazing ("perfection" you might say"). Ed and Christina were so accommodating by when I wanted to come in to change, take away, or add things they would fit me right in. Ed definitely seemed to understand what my vision was and was able to express back to me that same vision. However, on the day of my wedding everything changed. The flowers that were supposed to be a deep rich purple came to me as a red/pink/burgundy with greenery which through off my entire color scheme. Then my bouquet that was supposed to be a cascading bouquet of just flowers with no filler came as a circular bouquet with lots of greenery, not cascading at all. On top of that most of the women's and men's corsages were incorrect; basically they all matched the groom which the groom is supposed to stand out and be more elegant than the rest in my opinion. On top of that we had discussed that our centerpieces were supposed to be filled pretty high with clear crystals with blue submersible lights for we would be using a Coral candle holder and wanted the clear crystals to be above that height- what we received were barely noticeable fill of blue round/flat marbles with no lights and no floating candle on top. To our guests the centerpieces were still acceptably beautiful, but to us we knew what they were supposed to look like and were extremely disappointed. For the ceremony we had ordered organza tule for an existing arch, 1 of Chinese blue and 1 of purple. What we revived was 1 royal blue and 1 Chinese blue, no purple. So what we had to do was weave in purple sashes from the chairs for the reception into the arch for the ceremony, then after the ceremony was finished rush and get the sashes unwoven to be able to use them on the chairs for the reception. It was just a nightmare. Ed did give some compensation for the screwed up bouquets, but money isn't the issue here. It's a once in a life time day and these screw ups almost ruined it for myself and my groom. In every picture I see "till death do us part" I will remember that the decor was not what I envisioned, nor want to remember. read more

Planned perfection did the most incredible job creating the perfect wedding look I was going for. I wanted something very natural and 'old Florida' and they knocked it out of the park! When I show people my pictures, the first thing they comment on is my photos. Their level of service is beyond that of anything I could have ever expected. When they delivered the boutonnieres, I noticed that I needed one turned into a corsage. They quickly came up to my room and fixed it immediately, even though it was my mistake. When I got home from my honeymoon, I was even surprised with a little package that included some of the airplants that we used in our centerpieces... talk about service!!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Planned Perfection, their work, and their customer service! read more

Ed and his team were truly exceptional. They went above and beyond in every respect to make our wedding day the 'perfect' day. Ed is an artist in every sense of the word; I feel beyond lucky to have had him doing our flowers and decorations for both our ceremony and reception. Seeing his 'finished product' as I walked down the aisle was a highlight of the day. He set a fairytale scene. Furthermore, he made the process a fun one, and was kind, giving, and a wonderful teammate to have in the wedding process. I'd recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to make their day perfect. read more

Planned Perfection totally exceeded our expectations, and we had high expectations, having used florists for a wedding and other events in the Northeast. We chose Ed and his team for wedding flowers after interviewing several other floral artists in the Naples, Florida area. Ed is a consummate professional, who takes the time to understand the vision of the client. He listened, added his artistic touches and the outcome was exquisite! The bridal bouquet of white orchids was beyond amazing!! The escort card table with a mirror, sea glass, candles and floating orchids was unique and elegant! The Church flowers and pew markers were some of the prettiest I have ever seen; again, Ed exceeded expectations! And of course the bridesmaids bouquets, reception flowers and boutonnieres were also "Perfect". With all the elegance and exceptional flowers, Ed was still mindful of our budget!! We highly recommend Planned Perfection for your wedding or other events! Our event date was May 26, 2018! read more

Ed Russo was so rude and disrespectful. Made me Cry the day of my wedding and basically left me with no lighting simply because he didn't follow with the set up time and delivery. He came to set up on thursday morning when my wedding was saturday night. Because of weather (terrible rain saturday night) we had to switch reception to ballroom, i informed of this friday and he refused to re install lights inside. I personally called him saturday morning and he yelled at me, talked over me and made me cry telling me it wasn't his problem and he was not going to re install lights. He was scheduled to Install lights saturday morning, but chose to do so thursday instead, which left me with no lights for my wedding in the ballroom. He took all of my money and his lights were never used. Ed is the rudest wedding vendor i have ever had to deal with. Lost $1000 on lights and had no lights for my wedding. the morning of my wedding he told me to go read my contract, which i did, my contract says to pay in FULL the day OF EVENT. I was kind enough to pay him a WEEK in advance, which i shouldn't have because maybe he would have then install lights saturday and not thursday but i trusted him. I got no money back and his lights were never used, not only that but ed was so rude to me on the phone the morning of my wedding, saying "i don't know what contract you are looking at but you better look again" terrible attitude. Do not work with this vendor read more
