We have had terrible experiences at two other local kennels, but that was not the case here. Our dog who is a large Belgian Malinois has stayed here on two separate occasions and I can say without a doubt that I would not board him anywhere else. Owners are upfront and were sure to tell me about a very small rub on his nose when I picked him up. In the past when staying at other kennels he had displayed nervous behaviors such as not eating and chewing on himself to the point where he is raw. Neither of these issues occurred when he has stayed at the Country Groomer in Carver leading me to believe that it is a much less stressful environment. Both the owner and her husband are friendly and professional. The prices per day are reasonable in comparison to other kennels as well. I highly recommend them if you are looking for to board your dog while you are away.

Recently my cat Izzy ,who was very sick, needed to be seen asap..despite the short notice , I was able to bring my cat for an exam that day. My cat had a respiratory condition for the past 2 years but now could no longer breathe on her own. she needed to be euthanized immediately. I had not said goodbye to her, as I did not anticipate this happening. on that day. Due to Covid 19 I was not able to be with her but the staff brought her to me so I could say my goodbyes .I really appreciated that , my Izzy was with me for 12 years. My mother goes to Florida in the winter and I care for her fur baby. I recently took a new job that has me busy and tired. I could not keep up with the constant brushing that my mother is able to do at home all day long. She had matts that I could not get out. Pawsh came to the rescue and Jesse did an amazing job. This dog has never been professionally groomed before. His calm demeanor and instant connection with her was undeniable. She laid down at his feet while we were outside talking. She is a stand off-ish breed, the name means farm watcher. She has to go to you. She is offensive, not defensive. I can not say enough good things about Jesse and the job he did.
