I had just got a new puppy and rightfully so, as a loyal customer, I brought my new puppy into blue ribbon. We had brought him three times. One day I get home and there is a note in the mailbox stating "I can not groom your dog anymore Sincerely, Blue Ribbon" not only was this so cold it did not explain why. I called them right away totally in shock. Blue ribbon told me that I was impossible to deal with because I ask that my dog not stay in a cage for 6 hours and asked if he could be done sooner. She also did not like that i asked her to touch up his beard a little too because i felt and it was just a tad to long. Isn't running a business about pleasing your customers?

With Michelle, they're obviously glad to see me when I come back, but they've clearly had an awesome weekend! I imagine my cats saying to me: "Oh hey, did you leave? Nice to see you, I guess." They're definitely contented and happy while I'm away, which utterly warms my heart. Michelle loves my cats and isn't too shy to say it! I adore the pictures she sends me and she clearly spends a while playing with them during every visit. She's even sent me pictures where she was clearly on the floor in order to stick a hand in their favorite tunnel, so it's active, engaged play time! She honestly goes above & beyond in taking care of them. Even the house is cleaner (she tidies up the kitchen...she's put away dishes I left in the rack & cleaned the counters)! I would never expect this but I really appreciate it -- such a nice treat to return to after a trip. Speaking of treats, about ~50% of the time I come home to new toy(s) that she's given the cats, which they relish. My cats & I all love Michelle. I can't recommend her enough!

I will be calling Michelle from now on when we are away!! Michelle went above and beyond what we expected. She came once a day, fed them, filled their water, cleaned their litter. She also brought new toys for them and played with them. She sent pictures to us via email every day after her visits, with updates which I really appreciated since I was missing my babies and nervous about leaving them for so long. We came Home to find our apartment in cleaner and nicer conditions than we left it. She had tidied up! Our cats were super lovey, which I think was due to Michelle's great energy. We call her Auntie Michelle now, and I know my boys are already looking forward to when we leave again so that Auntie can come play with them! I Highly recommend Michelle for your pets. Being a professional with a crazy schedule, I can hardly make it home at lunch to take my princess outside. She likes to be at home and is comfortable there (doggy daycares make her nervous and she ended up losing 2lbs in a week- she's a 6lb Chorkie). Amanda came by the house and met with me and right away I could see that Maia was in love with her. She started the next day and since has done nothing but prove me wrong in that there REALLY ARE people out there who treat animals like their own. She takes Maia for walks and sends me updates and pictures of her. She also gets to meet new dogs, which I love! :) I come home and Maia is exhausted yet satisfied. I can see it in her eyes that she's telling me "mom, i had a good day". I'll use Amanda forever. I feel secure in that my home is in good hands, and so is my princess. Trust me, you won't find anyone to do what Amanda does and at such a good price, but I have to say... you CANNOT put a price on your pet's happiness! :D

I contacted her through the site and she contacted me within a couple hours. We met and she was such a nice kind person. My dog is a rescue with some behavior problems (like humping her) and she was really great with him! Because I can't afford a dog walker each day, she was really open and was willing to just come however many days I asked for the following week. It made Cooper's transition to home life so much better. She is really the perfect person to be walking a dog and really observes how your dog is acting. She'll text 'Cooper was shaking his neck a lot-i think his ears are bothering him. You may want to take a look tonight!'. One of our dogs even had an accident, and she let us know AND cleaned it up! I even (only once!) asked her to walk the dog with only a few hour's notice after I had woken up late and didn't think he got enough of a walk before I had to get to work-and she was so there for me. We have another dog as well who is 10 so she doesn't need a walk. Amanda lets her outside in our yard before leaving so she can have a pee break too (even though she doesn't need it). I'm so glad that my family found her-she's a HUGE help to us!

I had a very disappointing experience with this grooming service…read more I clearly provided instructions about the areas that were allowed to be trimmed on my dog Yeiko, and I specifically did NOT authorize shaving sensitive areas such as his belly or ears. Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed and the final result was extremely upsetting. Yeiko is not only my pet, he is my emotional support dog, and seeing him returned with areas shaved that I never approved has caused me significant stress and anxiety. As a pet owner, you trust professionals to handle your animal with care and to respect the instructions you provide. Although the company later acknowledged that the grooming did not meet their own finishing standards and offered a refund, the damage has already been done and I now have to wait for his coat to grow back. I also requested verification of the training or certification of the individual who performed the grooming, which is important when trusting someone with your pet's safety and care. Pet owners deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect for their instructions. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards.

If you care at all about your animal's safety, go literally anywhere else. This company and…read morelocation specifically are so negligent that there is absolutely no way to tell if their employees are actually handling the dogs responsibly since they DO NOT have cameras installed. After picking up my dog from her appointment, she left with a limp that has only gotten worse. How rough do you have to handle my dog just to clip her nails to cause her to not be able to put weight on her leg? After speaking with corporate they were dishonest in telling me the cameras were off that day, when in fact this location doesn't even have them installed. What a LIABILITY (and how unacceptable) to not have any kind of video record/oversight of animals and their handling. There is absolutely no way for these people to prove that they weren't hit, mishandled, involved in an altercation, ignored, etc. Quite honestly with all of this I would be embarrassed as a groomer or a business owner. It is concerning to me the lack of training these dog handlers must have if this establishment is okay with not having cameras. Take your dogs elsewhere
