Originally scheduled through a Facebook ad. Once scheduled, I got a text that the time I picked would not work....then why was it available to pick?! This got figured out and the time was accommodated after some back and forth. After that appt, I schedule another service via text. A deposit to hold the slot was required. At no point were store policies shared or encouraged to look at prior to sending the deposit. A week before the appt, I explained that I had an unexpected expense and could not do it until the following month. This was not accommodated because they claimed I had already reschedule once before, which I hadn't. And it was only then that I learned the $75 deposit I made was not refundable. Not sure who it is that you text with, but they are quite rude. Scam artists for not sharing store policies via text or referring you to them prior to making deposits. read more

I highly recommend in finding another place other than this place. So I made an appointment on Friday for Monday at 3 o'clock. I showed up for my appointment and asked if my appointment was there because it has a different name Online and I wasn't sure if I was in the right place. Christina was a little snippy, but I let it go and she stated that I did not have anything on her books for an appointment. And claimed since it was a last-minute appointment that's probably why she doesn't have it yet. How is that a last-minute appointment to make an appointment on Friday and now it's Monday? She gave me a direct number number to text for an appointment so I did. I still wasn't sure if I had the right place since I paid a $30 deposit so I asked her if her company could be named Krystal's med Spa. I was not told if she found the deposit or not at this time. She got a little snippy and rude so at this point I have an appointment tomorrow however she can keep my $30 deposit. I don't think I trust her after reviews, I've read, and she continuously states that she never has this problem with scheduling, but there are many problems all over the web with her scheduling and being rude. I don't care for anybody like that to touch me. You can see in the attached text messaging funny if I don't show up her appointment I forfeit my money but yet when I do show up for my appointment and you don't have it on your books there's no penalty. You wasted my time. Funny she cancels my appointment because she seen my review tonight as a no-show when my appointment is not till tomorrow that's her way to keep the money. read more

I put down a deposit and scheduled a promotional treatment on March 18, on March 27 I get a text message informing me that my service needed to be rescheduled because the aesthetician needed to take care of a regular client and was bumping me, even though I had been booked for almost 2 weeks. She offered up a couple of options for me, but most of them were conflicting with my schedule. So I took an appointment on the eighth (A week after my original appointment) The next day I was able to move my original appointment on Tuesday to Monday, and I texted informing her that I moved my appointment And that I was now available for the 2 PM on Tuesday that she offered me. To which she replied, "OK perfect" to which I thanked her immediately. Before I left today, I texted to find out where exactly she was located in the mall, but another one of the people that contacted me about the Treatment after I started the process online, responded to me faster and told me where to go. I did not realize that she was trying to reschedule to Thursday until after I was already sitting in her lobby. To which I replied, that was completely unacceptable as I had already moved my appointment for her once, and that she replied to me that I was good to come in today. She tried to tell me that the response to me saying I could do 2 PM on Tuesday was automated, even though I directly answered her, and there was no automated response to the thank you, So obviously, her excuse is BS! You would think after four days of a message coming through to which you have automated responses for, you might want to see what those said at some point, would you not? If you value your time and money, do not go to the Studio! She certainly does not value yours! Also, she's trying to threaten me with putting a video of me in her lobby online, the video is of me pacing around her lobby and looking in the back, it starts after I call out to her and no one answers. The place is completely empty as far as I can tell. I had already rang the bell to alert them that I was there, and I sat for a few minutes before I started pacing around, wondering what was going on. After she did not answer, I said WTF and ring the bell again. Please do show the video of how you treat your customers... It only validate how little concern you have to people in your business, and that you don't even have enough courtesy to respond to people in person. read more

Christina is excellent. I don't really like giving reviews, especially if I can't give a 5 star. I had an eyebrow service. I am honestly not sure what happened, but I ended up with an infection on my brows. I followed the protocol exactly as stated. It is resolving, but it has taken sometime. When I went to see Christina about this situation, I felt she didn't really have much concern. That left me with a bit of a negative viewpoint. I had my lip blush and also Permanent eyeliner, amazing precise, and I had recommended her to many of my friends. The pain was minimal and Christina made sure I was comfortable I would never let anyone do anything regarding tattooing except Christina. My sister was in from Ohio and had always wanted to do the upper eyeliner. she's thrilled with the results. Christina is so meticulous that it's amazing.
