Since then, MLO's COO personally stepped in and made it right. What was fixed: Rear tailgate trim piece installed (replacing the temporary bulb seal) -- no more water-intrusion concern. Smoke detector provided as promised. Solar reconfigured to parallel and terminated for EcoFlow DELTA 2 as requested; system now operates within spec. The initial delay and communication gaps were frustrating, which is why I didn't go 5 stars. That said, the final outcome is solid, and the leadership follow-through earned back my confidence.
