I know this company has been in business for 100 years and has a fine reputation. I am a repeat customer, having been here several times over the years. However, my experience most recently was disappointing. Interested in seat covers I called and then came in the following day to actually see what was available. Randy was very polite, friendly, and I enjoyed talking with him. He's a nice guy... He promised to call me the following day with an estimate on when he could get them. Like so many others they are experiencing shipping delays, which I totally understand. However, he never called me, even after I left a message reminding him. I realize it may have simply slipped his mind; however, it's now been a week. Maybe my job is just too small? At any rate, I am not playing this game. read more

I am the original owner of my 1985 300zx that I have always kept in a temperature-controlled garage. It still looks like the day we bought it, inside and out. One day driving with the T-tops off the headliner material fell-down. I felt terrible because my original car would no longer be original let alone my angst over the way a replacement headliner would look. Superior Interiors was highly recommended to me. I visited them without my car to interview them and look at some of their work. I walked in and immediately felt very comfortable talking with Judy. She was very kind and understanding and told me about their business. She asked that I send them a sample of my headliner material so they could match it. Randy the owner came over and again in that same warm and welcoming way gave me a tour and I was truly impressed by their work. Both Judy and Randy reassured me that they could and would meet my expectations of having my car look it had never been touched. I brought my car in and Randy worked with me to color and material match my interior and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost that I found surprisingly reasonable. My car came out perfect. The color was spot on and I could not tell anything had been taken apart. I am so happy! I cannot recommend this company strongly enough. This company is awesome. had a big tear in my front seat. A vinyl covering. They replaced the seat with a leather covering a perfect match . leather doesn't tear like vynyl does. After two weeks of not hearing from anyone I called to see what was up and was treated rudely. It's been 6 weeks and still have not heard a word. I went to Superior Interiors today to see if they could fix a mesh wind screen that came with a recently purchased 2000 BMW Z3 convertible. The straps on the screen were broken and I had no way to securely attach it. Jared put new straps and snaps on the windscreen and the car while I waited and charged nothing! I was shocked. Went to Superior Interiors after shopping around. SO glad we found them!!! Judy has been amazing from the beginning - giving us a ton of information to consider & helping us choose the best product/fit for us. (We purchased a ReTrax truck bed cover from them). When we had some issues with the installer (not Superior - but dealership where we purchased our truck) - they went the extra mile helping adjust the install, print out the paperwork that the auto dealership had tossed, and were just plain helpful in every way!!! In 2021, I bought a jeep wrangler from a dealership who gave me a number for someone to fix the "small" rip in the leather on the drivers side seat. After 4 different visits with her for patching that wouldn't hold, then eventually she stopped answering me and didn't refund me towards a new panel instead like promised, to say I was left feeling hopeless is an understatement. I reached out on fb to find someone to fix the paneling instead of patching and immediately got multiple rave reviews of Superior Interiors. I put it off for a while due to money, but as I drove by one day, I decided to go in to get an estimate and maybe think on it. Within 10 minutes of being there, the women at the front desk were speaking to me like old friends and then the man who fixes the interiors came out and spent 15 minutes with me explaining how the repair would work, what would need to be done, and how much it would be. I was put into the system and within a week got a call back to schedule. Picked up today and I could not be more happy. Amazing people, amazing work, super communicative, and just all around outstanding. 1000/10 Superior Interiors. I'll be recommending anytime I can and will be back in the future. I broke 2 hinge clips on my XTang truck bed cover. I called them and was told to swing by. Within minutes they replaced them and sent me on my way. All covered under warranty because they are a preferred dealer for XTang. Wonderful service! I highly recommend them! read more

I needed to get my zipper fixed on the back window of my soft top for my Jeep Wrangler. I called numerous body shops/detail shops in the area and this place was the only one that said they could do it. Weird considering Superior Interiors took care of the problem in under 25 minutes, and it was as simple as sliding a few new zippers on and a stopper. Lady at front desk was extremely nice and talkative, employee who made the fix was the same. Best part of all, since I only needed those 3 small parts, they said FREE of charge! read more

What a great experience, I had them do a new seat, carpet and a custom tonneau cover for my old truck. Randy was great and was able to squeeze me in much earlier and for a better price than I had booked elsewhere. The final product was amazing too, there were some things I didn't like that could have easily been a miscommunication. When I brought them up to Randy he said "no problem I'll take care of it" I offered to chip in a little more as it was understandable to be a simple miscommunication but they just took care of it and the end result is simply awesome. Had a great experience this AM with Superior Interiors and Judy. My snowdawg Plow broke down. With all the snow in the last couple of weeks they were very busy. Judy however had me bring the truck and plow right in. They would take a quick look and see what they could do. Problem was the hydrolics controller. Judy made a few calls and found a new controller about 10 minutes away. She also printed up a manual for the plow which I didn't have. She then said have a nice day and sent me on my way. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND COOPERATION JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO HAPPEN ANYMORE AND I WANT JUDY AND SUPERIOR INTERIORS TO KNOW HOW GRATEFUL I AM. Mike read more

Judy at Superior Interiors was AMAZING!! My sunroof hasn't worked in almost a year. I've asked numerous people for help and nobody was able or willing to assist me...until today!! I called to schedule an appointment to get my sunroof fixed. She asked me if I've tried resetting it. I am not savvy when it comes to anything automotive. She took the time to walk me through the steps. She was very patient and super friendly. I was still very skeptical but trusted her and walked through the steps with her. It took me a few times...but IT WORKS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! That just saved me so much time and money!! As a single mother with 2 jobs and 2 children that in itself is priceless!!! I usually don't do this, but I'd hate to see someone else live through the same havoc I have. Anyway, I took a chance and let Superior Interiors replace a convertible top on my vehicle. What a mistake. Right from the beginning it was one mistake after another. From the lack of attention to detail, to the complete disregard for quality and craftsmanship its been a complete nightmare.
