She was super knowledgeable about the drinks, arrived early, and wore professional attire. She had all the materials necessary for making drinks, and she was super professional from start to finish. I ordered the filet mignon and was surprised when they asked how I wanted it cooked. Filet mignon is to only be cooked one way. Regardless I said rare since nowhere in public makes steak actually rare. Instead I received a piece of meat completely overcooked, no flavor, and impossible to cut. I looked around our table of 10 and more than half of us experienced the same issue. Again, I was pretty fully from the fabulous cocktail hour so I let it slide (and am still giving this place 4 stars) but they really need to learn how to cook a steak. Valet parking is available but they will make you take an elevator down to the garage if it fills up too quick. Coat check was unavailable but it was September so I kind of understand that. The room itself is beautiful even with minimal decoration, unfortunately, I couldn't see the bride and groom during the whole ceremony because the pillar just blocked my sight. 2. The stair is really shaky and there are no lights in Stairwell ( they don't have elevator in the building), so it's really dark esp in the night.
