Well just had another meal at the Belfry, and as per ten out of ten. But have learned some…read moredisturbing news, the land lord is leaving on the 5th of Jan for pastures new, also the flaming grill franchise which the belfry is, has been taken over by the hungry hoarse franchise, am afraid the hungry hoarse franchise is about money, whereas the Belfry are very family oriented and look after their patrons with excellent service and excellent food. I think they have a DJ Friday / Saturday nights a and often have tribute nights and live music (never been at those times as it gets too roudy for the kids). We use a gift card to get a bit off, but prices arn't too bad anyway. No playground any longer, but still good for the kids. Never had a bad meal .... if something not right staff are brilliant at resolving the problem. Fave thing is the 2 pint glasses of John Smiths. Miss the "juke box" app they had where you could select the music from your phone. (Last few times been in couldn't even hear any music).

Been to Elmwood farm quite often, but wasn't impressed on the last visit…read more Could have (and should have) gone somewhere else as it turned out they wern't doing the kids eat free or for £1 offer during the holidays. It's a shame as won't be re-visiting anytime soon and used to be one of the placed we went to alot.
