It had a dance floor and many round tables. It was difficult to believe it was the same room. During the reception they had a DJ and a video presentation to honor deceased family members so there's a variety of equipment for your event.

They were a little worried as I seemed to be questionable at first but put their minds at ease I was attending the same event as them for the Women's Philanthropy session of Sharon Tal the Israeli Fashion Designer. The event center itself is so beautiful. They had everything catered from the hors d'oeuvres to the wine bar. The women helped themselves and we stood around mingling and admiring the designs of Sharon Tal. Later we listened to a speech from Sharon Tal and the president of Maskit in Israel, Ruth Dayan. She couldn't be there in person as she was busy celebrating her birthday at 101 years young!! Yes, she does act young for this age, as I viewed a YouTube video of her having a good ole time in the Russian dance club. As a gift Maskit got her a barrel of her favorite alcohol to celebrate her life and legacy of this company. I thoroughly enjoyed this event and learning about how Sharon Tal became a fashion designer from working with the world renowned Alexander McQueen to designed her own outfits for the runway, everything was amazing to see and hear. I hope to be able to attend more fun events like this here again soon!

The property is stunning and well kept, and the owners are amazing and go out of their way to accomodate your vision. We got so many compliments about how well orchestrated and beautiful our wedding was. Among the several things that made our day special and easier, I want to highlight the carriage house. It's a beautiful, full apartment on the property where the ladies got ready during the day and where my husband and I slept overnight. This apartment made is sooo easy to get ready and have a place to keep all of our stuff. It features a long counter with seating, salon style, so your hair and makeup artists have a great place to work. It's also equipped with couches, a full kitchen, a dining area a full bathroom, fireplace and a king bed. After our wedding, it was a relief to immediately relax there. Leftover food from the reception was waiting for us in the kitchen and it was an amazing spot to unwind. The next day, all of our things from the wedding were packed up and waiting for us in the barn/venue. All we had to do was pack up our cars and go home! It was so nice to have the staff take care of these details so we and our families could just enjoy each part of the wedding and relax. I high recommend this place for your wedding or any other event that you'd like to host. Over the course of planning for our wedding, we became good friends with the owners and that is the cherry on top of one of the most memorial times in our lives. When you have over a hundred guests it's just not enough toilets! The entrance to the bathroom hallway is near the buffet and when waiting in the hallway to use the restroom it stinks. Somewhat disgusting to have a gown on and have to utilize the bathroom there.

I had a great conversation with the owner who's name is escaping me right this second, but he was such a great guy very friendly, and willing to work with any situation is needed. I talked to him about some of the organizations that I'm involved with in Columbus and it sounds like there might be some opportunity to work with him in my future. Of course I will update my review if I work with him and how that experience goes but overall I'm excited about this new location and I hope that you consider them for your next event !

Highlights: * Met incredible authors like Larry Robertson (wordssavedlives.com), Signe Damron (signe-ture.com), Jordan Burton (theartbyjburt.com), Joseph Doherty (joeydoherty.com), Sylvia Harris (srdharrisbooks.com), and Lachandra Baker (lbbedutainment.com). * Copped two animated kids' books for $25 -- signed directly to my beau's niece, who immediately clutched them like treasures. ("It says my name!" she screamed as her mom got guilt-tripped into reading them...again. ) AND I got a book of poetry from Larry, and will plan to visit Jordan's art exhibit at ROY G BIV before the end at May 2nd! It warmed my heart to recognize faces from the Main Library Literary Fair, the First Annual Poetry Festival, and Zora's House events. Considering my ancestors risked their lives to read, I don't take the beauty of these moments lightly. Major love and respect to everyone keeping the literary flame alive.
