They…read moredidn't finish the work until April 2026 after I was told by them that the repairs would take 5-7 days max. That was after multiple times of them scheduling a day to come work and then not showing up at all. They would give me a 2 hour window of their arrival time and then still be late to that sometimes up to 2 hours. On the days they did show up to work they would clean their tools in my kitchen sink and leave a huge mess in the sink of paint and bits of popcorn ceiling spray they were using. I asked their manager to tell the guys not to do that and they continued anyway as well as using all of my dish detergent. (At least they started cleaning up after themselves) The first day I met the team manager I'm guess he starts telling me about how he moonlights on the side and offers to do any side projects for me that I may need. Red flag #1. He then complains to me about a lady at one of his last jobs. Red flag #2. After taking measurements for a bathroom vanity somehow they received the wrong size and tried blaming me for it and saying I would have to pay extra because of their mistake. This is after they forced me to use some guy that wasn't part of the original quote that they submitted to my insurance which said the bathroom vanity would be coming from Menards. Their solution was to build a new vanity in my driveway in the correct size from plywood. This was overall a horrible experience.

The new plumbing installation got more complicated when an asbestos test on a wrap around the old hot water lines came back positive after the job was quoted. Brandon was able to avoid the asbestos and get the water back on in the house. We should have paid him more for the amount of extra time it took. Great job.
