the food and drinks here are great, the ambiance is amazing as well. they have great decorations and seats to relax and plenty of things to do inside.
most workers are kind, however i've ran into a younger worker (i would assume she just got into high school, maybe even 8th grade), who doesn't know what she's doing. i don't know if it's the lack of training or competence, but either way it makes the experience less. she's clearly quiet and very shy which is okay! however, when i order from her, she looks at me like i'm the one who's supposed to be inputting it into the system! she just kind of stands there and when asked to do something, it's clear she has no idea.
i've ran into the owner in the store as well, she is great at what she does, though her attitude is more than sour. she acts as if it's almost an inconvenience for her to do her job and manage the place. it definitely makes me not want to come back. read more
