Three servers worked the room, like they were working, a cattle drive or something, each covering the other, anticipating the need for coffee refresh, and while doing this clearly having a good time. Everything, except the steak, tasted pre made, frozen, ready to warm and serve vs being made from scratch or near scratch......which basically is what we were charged for.
