The main reason I am leaving this review is to ensure that I never come here again. They may be great for locals, but I have been traveling to the EAA fly in with my service dog for the last three years. After a couple of weeks of travel, he needs to be washed (Standard Poodle). I keep his coat short so he usually just needs some water and soap. This is difficult for me in the RV, so I look for alternatives. I tried this place two years ago and found the self wash room to be filthy. There was long dog hairs all over the room and it had clearly been that way for some time. Fast forward two years later and I had forgotten about this place. They advertised a self wash on Yelp, so I thought I would check it out. When I got there I realized it was the same place. I then thought, it has been two years, maybe it would be cleaner. Not that it mattered, there was no other customers in the store, but I was told that self wash usage was booked out for a week. So, I am posting this to remind myself to not bother with this place ever again. I only need ten minutes of water to wash my dog. I had even brought my own towel, shampoo and conditioner for my boy. The main reason I look for a self wash is to not have to bend down, as my disability makes that difficult, thus the service dog. read more
