This was hands-down the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn't know how to pour a footer, left out rebar, skipped grout in the block cavities, and even cut bricks just to hide rebar they placed in the wrong spot -- which meant the bricks didn't fit properly. The result? A crooked, unstable mess with grout smeared all over the face of the wall like a bad joke. They dragged the job out forever, ignored concerns, and ghosted us when it was clear they messed up. We had to go to the Registrar of Contractors, and even after that, they refused to fix major problems. We gave them a final shot out of good faith -- and it was more corner-cutting, lies, and negligence and abandonment- the lies they even told the judge were unbelievable from people who claim to be professional- but they didn't get away with it- they have multiple complaints against them now, I wouldn't be surprised if they loose their license- make sure to check first! This crew is dangerous, unskilled, and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. Protect yourself: check contractor licenses, look up complaints, and contact the ROC if you're already stuck dealing with them -- they were the only ones who helped.

Then the monsoon arrived.....and around areas that had leaked before (skylights), water began dripping inside the house.....yes, it was a big storm, but we had just had this service with Wilson & Dale completed a month before so this did not make us very happy. We put in a call, and Ed's team replied quickly and were able to seal it up. We were grateful. It was a Sunday. We inspected the roof after monsoon, and it seemed like the coats applied were quite light. I think the work was done in a timely way but not the best.

It had ponding, leaks and a layer of decomposing pressboard (built before plywood was invented) and more. We had several estimates and Wilson&Dale's was by far the lowest, and even though many things came up that ended up requiring several days more labor, they barely charged us any more. Because they did a foam roof, they were also able to get rid of the ponding and redirect the runoff. The boss, Ed, was super knowledgeable and knew just what to do. In the several months since they completed it, we have had to call them twice for little things and they came out right away and took care of the issue, and our summer electric bills (in Tucson) are just over half of what they were last year. Pretty good right? As great as all that is, the best part is that these people are great human beings. They are honest and really care about what they are doing and the people they are helping. I have had my share of problems with contractors, and I was sort of expecting them to short change me or not respond afterward if I needed them. Not these guys. They really stand by their product. You would be nuts if you didn't give these guys a call.

His attention to detail was outstanding, and he is so polite, helpful, and fast. I suggest getting a TOTAL estimate in writing in advance to avoid any misunderstanding. We paid about $90 more than the estimate once you add in the garage windows, tax, and a 10% tip. That could have been better explained but we are overall very satisfied with the service.

When brought to Cameron's attention he stated that his fingers were too large to clean the tracks. At the high cost of service I expect the window tracks to be cleaned also. We have screens on only 3 windows along with the sliding glass patio door. I know that the patio door screen was not removed and cleaned. It is an inside screen and needed to be removed in order to clean it properly. The screen door leading to the master bedroom was NOT cleaned. When brought to Cameron's attention he said he didn't clean it because it was locked. He did not offer to clean it if I unlocked it so I didn't pursue it. Maybe my expectations are too high in which case Cameron did a great job of cleaning the windows while being polite and professional. Next time I will ask for a list of exactly what services will be provided for the money being charged.
