We had J&B Painting re-do a fairly new stucco job that was inferior and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality of their products and the craftsmanship cannot be beat. They use a process that I have not ever seen before. They applied two coats of stucco restore, one rolled to ensure the cracks were penetrated and one sprayed. After that they gave the house two coats of paint, one rolled and one sprayed. They redid all the parapet walls, caulked the windows etc. It turned out better that we could have ever hoped for. We have had more than one compliment from the neighborhood. We had several bids and even if they were not the lowest they were extremely reasonable and we could not have gotten better job. I learned a lot from JB painting, when I had my first home painted I went with the numbers, meaning I thought a paint job, was a paint job until 2 years later everything pealed and faded. Joe took his time to better explain to me about different products, what they do and what'..s out there. I was amazed at how much preparation was done before they even started painting as well as the fact that they back rolled everything and sealed up all of my stucco. And you do smile....his crew did a fantastic job reconditioning/staining the wood pillars, beams and overhangs at my home. I could not be happier with the way my home looks now. His estimate was very reasonable, his crew are super nice and respectful of your home/property. The only downside is that you have to wait a couple months for him to fit you into his schedule and the weather always has it's own ideas, but the fact that he is in high demand is confirmation that J B Painting is an excellent company to do business with. I checked Yelp review before looking for the painter. Joe and his team are awesome jobs. Even short notice he did great job, the project has done on time. The most important things I realized Joe has contacted me and communicate well. I even live in Gilbert, I can trust him because he send me pictures when he has done his job before. I see how progress the paint job has done. Also we asked additional paint and some other things for favor to do, they are very handy man! The price is reasonable and fast has done job. We used J B Painting to repaint the main living areas of our new home interior as the builder had used flat texture and we wanted a more resilient finish. Joe assessed the job and gave us a very fair bid. He was sensitive to our tight timeframe and was able to put 2 people on it the following Monday. His crew was great. J B Painting was recommended to us by a general contractor. We were extremely happy with Joe and his crew and the pride they exhibited in their work. We had every interior surface in our house painted - walls, ceilings, closets, doors and trim. The transition between wall color and white ceilings was cut to perfection. They did a very good job as we expected. The workers are very courteous and friendly, and did not hesitate to give any information if asked. They are very neat and cleaned up as they finished each day and upon completion. There was a missed area about 2 foot in diameter but they redid the spot and one cannot see where it was.
