Lance also made a second visit where he went through the proposal in person with us, his crew's qualifications, the insurance his company carried, and the offered warranty. He also willingly provided us with prior job references. The job was completed by his crew over the course of five days, with site visits by Lance. This was followed by an owner walk-through and receipt of drone images of the completed work which included photos showing corrections to all items noted in the initial inspection.
