I bought a Samsung washer & dryer, when they delivered it James (who was awesome) and Eric overcame a number of issues but they were successful. When I contacted them about 10 days later when using it for the first time, there was an issue. Kenny tracked down James and he was there to fix things in short order. When the fix turned out to be something more, he was back immediately and worked with the Samsung people to resolve the issue but remained long enough to make certain it was truly resolved. The issue was with Samsung's failure to notify the service people that when installing the new washer it required a pre-use program for the computer function.
