There were some hicups with buying but generally went OK. For retals - I would RUN the other direction. Things were fine until I gave 30 day notice to stop using them. This company is mainly concerned with tenants and not the owners. I was changing tenants and the PM - I did not get a final walk through until I asked for it, we disagreed on what was "normal wear and tear" (the big oil stains on the garage floor they did not consider a big deal even though they are premament!) which is fine except they gave the full deposit before even communicating with me. What you will get is excuses. Both Homer (the owner)) and Tim (the PM) told me oil stains on the garage floor are not damages but normal wear and tear. This was a brand new garage floor and the tenants left big oil stains. So, I HAVE LEFT THE GOOGLE SEARCH BELOW TO EDUCATE THE COMPANY ON WHAT CONSTITUTES DAMAGES. For the sake of your property, do not use this company as a property manager. Also, they charged 85.00 that I did not authorize (nor was a service requested by the tenants) ......so watch your statements!

After I left, they tried to tell me they had to replace the carpet and charging me an additional $750 and I went over and the new tenant let me check and it is the same carpet I cleaned when I moved. I have video and pictures and have to fight them because they have turned me over to collections. Would not recommend to ANYONE EVER!!!!!!!!
