Mandy was so helpful getting us the right combination for our kitchen floor, countertop, & backsplash. Manuel installed the tile floor. Even when a backsplash tile broke after installation they were on top of it and got it replaced within a couple days.

On my first visit to Greenville, I must have checked out about two dozen apartment complexes and I…read morehave to say this on definitely made an impression. It wasn't incredibly luxurious, but in my budget and with a few nice amenities (free DVD rental- in which you can request new releases). The gym was fairly small and the pool unheated but clean. The putting green... well looks larger in the picture on the brochure (it's quite tiny) but I guess at least it's there. The guy running the front desk- Nigel, was very professional. He was able to handle several issues at once and I didn't have to stand around waiting to get information. He was polite about acquiring the necessary information (some other demanding contact info or identification cards in a more brutely manner). He was the only one who asked what are of the complex I would be interested in living (closer to the clubhouse, more nestled in the treeline). Most other places just throw you in where ever the next opening is, but as most real estate agents know... it's all about location! The grounds were fairly well kept, I got introduced to the maintenance man, there are new buildings in the process of being constructed with updated floorplans. All in all, it was a pleasant visit, without pushy marketing or impersonal mannerisms. I received a handwritten follow-up card on a few days later- a very nice personal touch. Seems like they run a very professional business.

I have been on the fence about which complex/apartment I want to choose, & after having my previous option fall through, I am very much considering choosing this complex just based on the outstanding service their management team provided. It's very representative of the type of service they will also likely provide as a future resident, and that means a lot to me as a renter! Thank you guys for being so awesome!
