The only bad thing, is every time we come to this shopping center, it seams that another store has left... they have more and more empty stores.. very sad.

It really feels that this mall was neglected for a long time, with recent owners trying to gradually redo and modernize it. Westgate Mall is one exit from the Lehigh Valley International Airport, but is also close to the more trendier shopping options at the Airport Shopping Center. Interior wise Westgate is all over the place with significant vacancies and water damage. You have the mall portion, that is retro looking, and built on a downward slope. Several storefronts have both interior and exterior entrances. Mall interior has mostly restaurants, with a few other stores mixed in-between. Sky Zone Trampoline Park and Weis Markets are the largest anchor stores, with the Weis being a small oddly shaped store. Another small interior portion exists on the other side of Weis, which is mostly vacant. Westgate has a second floor of office space occupied by several businesses with access on the other side of Weis. There are also several stores with only exterior entrances including Rite Aid. Externally, most of Westgate Mall's facade was redone in the mid 2010's. The future of Westgate Mall is not the clearest. Weis Markets will move down to the front of the former Bon-Ton, and have a much larger space, but no entrance from in the mall. Leasing plans exist that show part of the mall down by the former Bon-Ton being combined into a larger space. The small interior portion on the other side of Weis would be better reconfigured with external entrances and much more useful. Overall, this is basically a local's mall that needs further modernization and renovations.

This is one of the biggest malls in Eastern Pennsylvania, covering mainly Northampton, Monroe, and Lehigh Valley County. With that, this mall can be busy. Overall, the hallways look clean and tip-top, nicely lit, and well cared for. The crew works hard to keep the mall in great shape. The selections I find here are typical; many general stores ring a bell, and some you may not find, such as Boscov's. Overall, I'm impressed with what's offered at Lehigh Valley Mall. Will I be back again? When I drive by in the area and have time.

The layout feels dated, and the energy inside just isn't there. A few decent stores keep it afloat, but it's mostly uninspiring, with a lot of empty or repetitive spots. It's not terrible, but it doesn't live up to the hype or to what you'd expect from a regional shopping hub. If you're in the area, it's fine for a quick visit, but definitely don't go out of your way thinking this is some kind of retail destination.

She Insisted the fan was last year's model and that it was used ... well, Not by me! They knew it was in my Receipt, even though I started to remove the ticket getting ready to wrap it for my grandson going to college. But she did reimburse me for the clock that fell apart right out of the bag! Go figure! That was also going to be a gift 'til I found he didn't need it. At least the fan worked when I plugged it in at home. Ring a frequent shopped at Marshals, and a past employee of TJMaxx, I felt very disrespected. When you don't want to deal with the crowd at lehigh valley mall you come here. This mall is…read morelocated just off of route 78 across the Scott dealerships on the Automall. They do not have nearly has many stores as you will find at lehigh valley mall however you can still find a great quality of assorted stores. Some of the stores include: Bath and body works, Victoria's secret, payless shoesource, footlocker, schuylkill valley sports, piercing pagoda, and Bonton just to name a few. There are also a couple of cell phone retail booths and a jewelry store. I have yet to travel to all the stores at this mall even though it is not large. I usually stick to my the right side of the mall where most of the athletic apparel can be found. In the mall parking lot, you can find a starbucks with a drive thru, a Taco bell and a bank of America drive up ATM.
