It shows that everyone there has a ton of pride in the work they do. I kept it local and so glad I did. I highly recommend Lynch Auto Body, not for just the work they do, but also how they treat you. The car was very beat up and it looks like it just came off the lot.

reckless and fictitious review? That is where you are false Tim. I have our conversation recorded,…read morewhere you admitted to leaving my car unlocked And were unapologetic. Copy and paste the link to hear your first story. Do you need a reminder of our conversation on 1/6/25, where the story changed? I have that audio. https://www.facebook.com/share/14kzKs9Ew4/?mibextid=wwXIfr I had to have my insurance company follow up with you to see if my car was complete. As you can see from the texts, that was on 1/6/25. I picked up my car on 1/6/25. Your statement about "not releasing" my car due to me not paying is false. I was in an insurance covered rental car. Do you really think they are going to continue to pay for my rental knowing my car is complete? Not once did I deny to pay my bill, which was only my deductible, mind you. You stated you couldn't waive the deductible because that's illegal. I never asked you to waive it. Also, where did you get the information that I had auto body work done and didn't return to that shop? Because that is also false. This is my first claim. I've had the same insurance company since 2012. Should I contact my insurance company and get my claim information/history? And you saying I tried to take advantage of a small business? Far from, again, I chose your business because of the number of years you have been in service. I chose to shop local and support a small business. I will not let you bully me or defame my character because I simply posted my experience with your business. If you don't want a negative review, treat your customers better. As you can also see from attached pics, Tim likes to private message his customers and name call.

I've been asking for years for a referral for a good, affordable, honest, local body shop. I've…read moretried Gates, Advance, Maaco, Abra, all the big names and even a few smaller local ones. Abra was always the cheapest, and while I had no issues with them, I always wanted to find a small town local option. My aunt told me about State of the Art and I brought my car there today. It's off the beaten path, technically in Sun Prairie, but I didnt see anything nearby except farms and a few homes. There's a no frills parking lot and a circa 1980 office where you walk in. The shop itself is more modern looking, and clean, but still very no frills. Chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was Jack. They were very concerned about giving me the best value as a customer. Since my car was over 10 years old, they didnt want me to pay for anything unnecessary, unlike the chain shops that are more concerned about bringing everything back to factory condition. Jack is the owner, and Chuck says he's been working for him for over 30 years. They said most of their business comes from repeat customers and referrals. It's easy to see why. I'll definitely be going to them first in the future.

Today's installment of Waunakee Tales of Yelp covers auto body shops…read more After a close encounter with a kamikaze white tail, the ol' family truckster was in serious need of repair. Since this was the first time I needed the services of a body shop, I asked around the neighborhood to get some recommendation on who to use. Everyone I spoke to who had a preference recommended Collision Masters. I met with owner Jeff Swafford, who surveyed the damage and he gave me a three day estimate to complete the repairs. Before I committed, I checked with one other body shop and they gave me a three week estimate to complete the repairs, so it was a no-brainer to go with Collision Masters. The repair process was easy peasy. Since the repair was being covered by my insurance, Jeff handled the all the paperwork for me. The repair work was completed in two and a half days and when I examined the vehicle, I could not tell where the deer hit my vehicle. The interior of the car was spotless, all the broken glass that littered the dash was cleaned up. An auto body shop is a service you never want to use, but if you need one in the Waunakee area, I have no reservations recommending Collision Masters.
