I only get the chance to come to Mena a couple of times per year, but this place gets to be on the list of stops I make. Their coffee has always been good and on my most recent trip, I was also able to try their food for the first time. The supreme pizza was fantastic! I look forward to getting to try a few of their other items the next time I pass through. Every time I've been in here it is pleasant, quiet, and a great place to sit and chat with friends. Comfy chairs and friendly service combined with great food and coffee is a potent combination that make this place a success!

A brewery disguised as a coffee house?? Genius!! So I am in Mena for a week and looking for some great craft beer... Most searches result in nothing close... Others make small mention of this place.. Dig even further and find out Mena was a dry county until a few years ago and that Ouachita was the first to start brewing here... Oh happy days for me!! What a great place... They pulled the trifecta within the first 10 minutes... First was the ambience.. As soon as you see this place it exudes a small town charm that exceeds almost all breweries/coffee houses.. Then you enter and it gets better... Clean, open and welcoming.... Next was service... We were greeted as soon as we walked in and treated graciously the entire time.. And finally the beer and grub... With a couple dozen beers on draft there is something for almost everyone... I sampled four and loved them all.. As for food, I can attest to the house salad and the Supreme pizza... All of which was devoured with no leftovers..... This was day in Mena for me... I can assure you this will not be the only visit to this coffee house for me... Beer, food and service... Can't ask for much more... Oh yeah, coffee... Cheers...

We came to Mena for some ATV riding with friends (8 people - 4 adults and 4 kids) for the weekend. I had a friend recommend Ouachita for their pizza and beer at dinner. After a full day of trail riding, this was just the right thing!! Everything we ordered was delicious. We had supreme, pepperoni (Slice, Slice Pizza), and cheese (2 Cheesy) pizzas. Also a Cesar salad as an appetizer. The ladies got strawberry lemonades, and the men got beer - a Madden and a Love Honey Bock. They also offer a flight, but we didn't know that until after the fact. Everyone enjoyed their food, and not one complaint. There was also a great band performing as well. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to Mena!

Now imagine, a brewery that's unexpected, dog, friendly, kid friendly, adult friendly, bring your own food, bring your own board/card game, enjoy the vibes of good time, and vacation relaxing. I can't wait to come again in the summer or spring. My spouse and I were in town the week of New Year's in this place was busy! They had a gourmet hot dog stand/ truck outside in the front of the brewery. This isn't a typical brewery set up when you walk in, there's a gift shop you order a beer right there with from friendly staff. It was a 50+ degree "winter" day, it felt natural to order a stout beer. The beers were on the more pricey side, but the beverage comes with complementary glassware to take home. It was weird, but it felt kind of natural that there were people under 21 since there was the hotdog stand and we brought our six month old baby. There are a few people with dogs, which I would recommend. I somehow ordered the best peanut butter stout I've ever had, which was a variation of their Opossum Pouch Stout. My spouse got a pumpkin spice brown ale, which was a variation of their Bigfoot Brown Ale. I won't lie, but normally I go halves with my spouse that comes to food and drinks... However, I was happy not to share my peanut butter stout. I can't wait to come again

Unfortunately, somewhere along the line the appetizer never got put in, so we didn't receive the boudin egg rolls at all. That was a miss, especially since that's something we were looking forward to trying. That said, the burgers absolutely made up for it. Both were cooked right and had great flavor. Solid, well-done burgers that hit the mark. No complaints there. We also grabbed a blueberry cheesecake to go, which turned out to be a great call. It was rich, flavorful, and a good way to finish things off. Service hiccup aside, the food quality, at least on the burgers and dessert, was strong. The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse

We ordered hamburgers, fries and beer. Food was meh. Fries were cold and burger was mediocre at best. We still left a significant tip bc we truly talking w/our server, a Hot Springs local, who ultimately made our experience pleasant. It's nice to sit outside on the patio if the weather is nice.
