He was also our limo driver and showed up perfectly on time and was actually the first limo in line at prom to pick us up right at the door. He knows the area very well and arrived at our destinations right on time. Con: The 14-16 person limo fit 10 people on the way up very comfortably and 12 people on the way home very snugly. The drivers are all checked, and are all residents of the community, which make it more secure for late night transportation or to take kids to activities. An added bonus is that they have many drivers who are already vaccinated, and can make sure their cars are sanitized and made proper for transporting high risk people to their appts.

Jiovani had no problems with us cancelling. We decided to book the return trip from Galveston cruise terminal to George Bush Airport after our cruise. We had booked for 10:30am pick up. Our driver, Omar, called 5 mins before arrival to the terminal and was there 10:30am right on the dot. He helped with luggage (we had 6 passengers + luggage and they send the perfect SUV) and I clarified the pricing and that we had to use our credit cards because we had no more American cash. He had no problem except that he said was having issues with credit card Tile for his phone. When we arrived, it took a couple tries for the payment to go through but in the end he had no problems with us splitting our bill with the other family. We paid him separately (equal payments). Overall, Black Arrow Limo was great. The only suggestion I have would be to put "BLACK ARROW LIMO" somewhere ON the car so that we know we're going with the right person!
