Raspberry French toast
Mikena S.

I got the raspberry French toast and loaded hashbrowns. This is my favorite place to get hasbrowns because they have onions and cheese added. Our server was funny and nice I forgot to grab his name. It was a very evaluated look for OPH at the Minnetonka location compared to others I have went to.

49er Flapjacks - Full Order (3)

Always a great experience at OPH. Today we tried the Greek bowl, lumberjack bowl, breakfast quesadilla, and ultimate B.L.A.T. Thumbs up all around! Had the 49er flapjacks, cinnamon pancakes and hash browns for sides. I wouldn't say the hash browns are anything special, just typical. Great flavors in both the bowls. The breakfast quesadilla was a very good size portion, same with the B.L.A.T. Our waitress was attentive and the food came out pretty quickly. Looking forward to going back!

The Greek Scramble Bowl

The Greek Scramble Bowl was . I usually don't like olives.... Not sure what it was about this dish, but I think it made me like olives?? Literally had me looking up Mediterranean vacations while I was eating it! The music played felt like I was at a spa retreat or exploring hobby lobby! Great relaxing vibes. Service was great, timely, and efficient! Can't forget to mention the free coffee while waiting for our table!

Pancakes, sunny side up eggs and hashbrowns

I was looking forward to this breakfast since i only hear great things about the Original Pancake House, but unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. There inside was updated, spacious, and warm; however, we were seated in a separated area alone next to the servers kiosk and it awkwardly quiet. I often see a line on weekends, but got seated immediately on a Friday morning. I ordered a typical breakfast and the pancakes were the only thing worth ordering again. I considered the price of the meal unreasonable for the portion sizes.

Buttermilk Pancakes - Short Stack (3)

This place is amazing! The service was so friendly from the hostess who seated us to the waitress who served us. The restaurant is nicely decorated and my mother who is hard of hearing could hear us and have a conversation. Lots of windows so lots of natural light. The food was so darn good! Two of us had crepes and loved them. I had the Greek scramble bowl with buttermilk pancakes and it was fantastic. The coffee is so darn good. We made reservations online but they were not needed as we went on a Wednesday for my mother's 89th birthday.

Side of hash brown potatoes ($6.75). Good, but a bit overpriced for a basic side of hashbrowns.

Solid breakfast food! I'm not too much of a sweet breakfast person, so I appreciated they had some savory options, even in the house specialties section. All of the food came out incredibly hot and fresh. Very much a homey, family vibe to it. Great service too--it was a busy morning, but our server Kailey was WAY on top of things and checked on us often! The Garden Dutch ($15) had a great vegetable portion with melty cheese, and the dutch baby itself was nice and fluffy. Also worth mentioning that it reheated well when I inevitably had to take most of it home because it's HUGE! I also got a side of hashbrowns ($6.75) which, while good, was a bit overpriced. One of our party ordered the apple pancake ($14.50), and when it was brought out immediately after ordering, our server explained go us that it's so popular that on busy days, the kitchen just continuously makes them all morning so they're always brought out extremely fresh, which I thought was neat.

I had a great experience at this location first time at this one!! Been to the other orignal pancake houses in the twin cities but this one was the best!! The Host that brought me to my table he was great!! The waitress I had Emilia she was fantastic! She was very nice and friendly and brought me refills of Pepsi and got my campfire hash/pancakes! Love the ambiance here!! I will come back for the awesome customer service I got today! I love pancake House!

My best friend, Dena & I had our best breakfast in MN ever! This traditional space, a warm welcome, and food that it sees just came from heaven! Very lovely staff, so mindful, smiling and reasonable price for a huge portion of our order, made rest of our day! High recommend!

This is one of the most elegant breakfast spots around. The food is amazing the hash browns are nicely seasoned. Of course the pancakes are to die for.

Veggie Omelette with Cheese

This was our first time at the OP location which was more spacious and modern than others we've been to. The host and server were super friendly. We were treated to swedish pancakes with lingonberries. Everyone enjoyed their different varieties of pancakes and omelettes. We look forward to coming back.

Buckwheat Pancakes - Full Order (6), add blueberries and strawberries on top
Stephanie G.

Came in at opening (6:30am) not needing a reservation. Sat down and was instantly poured a nice strong cup of coffee. This was actually my first OPH experience and I am a sucker for all things buckwheat. With a little whipped butter and syrup, I could not have asked for a more delicious breakfast. Service was quick and friendly, inside the restaurant was clean, and it was nice to see so many regulars come in.

We used to be able to join the waitlist for the Pancake house on 7 in Minnetonka online through yelp. Is this restaurant not a part of that now? This location won't show on the waitlist option.

They are now using an app called DineTime for their waitlist.

So I found Benedict's online and thought it looked like a good choice. The restaurant itself is really bright open and airy. Lots of natural light and high wood beams. The restaurant employs an online wait list, which I love. So you join the wait list online, it tells you how long your wait is and the you can plan your arrival to minimize your wait. I was surprised that on a Saturday, we walked right in and were seated... it wasn't all that crowded (that said, there was a big No Kings rally that day so people might have been busy). At any rate, we were greeted and seated immediately at a nice table. I enjoyed the many options on the menu and also loved that you could order a single specialty pancake if you wanted one. I ordered the classic benedict. My husband got the tot hash. We ordered a strawberry nutella pancake to share. The pancake was good, though honestly the nutella strawberry topping was a bit meh. My husband said his tot hash was not what he expected (they seem to make their own tots and then deep fry them) but he did like it. My benedict was decent, but there was way too much ham and not enough hollandaise. I hate when people are stingy with the hollandaise. Coffee was good and strong. My peach mimosa was fine but honestly pretty small -- I'd be surprised if it was 8 oz. Service was OK. Nothing super major to complain about, but my mimosa wasn't delivered until I was almost through my first cup of coffee. The waitress clearly just forgot about it. She basically said so and apologized. I noted that many tables had lovely little bottles of water for when you wanted to refill your glass, but we did not receive one. It also bothered me a bit that there was a lot of "stuff" on the floor. Trash, bits of food, etc. I know that things get really busy at brunch spots on the weekends. But someone really needed to go around with a broom or a vacuum. It's just not what I expect from a dining establishment where I'm going to drop $80 on breakfast for two.

The only confusing part was the ordering process. I ordered a glass of wine and wasn't told I needed to pick it up from the bar, so I expected it to come out with the food. I understand the concept, but it wasn't very clear when walking in--where to order, how food is delivered, and that drinks are picked up separately. The staff also weren't very engaging, either at the counter, when delivering food, or at the bar. A more welcoming experience might have encouraged us to order additional drinks. That said, it's a really cute spot, and I'd definitely give it another try next time I'm in town.

Their food tastes fresh, and they do a great job with their menu options. If you're going in the morning I would go earlier as it definitely fills up. They do have decaf espresso which I love as a decaf person. However today I ordered decaf and didn't get it which was disappointing especially since most people order decaf for medical or other reasons, not just for fun. The past two times I've ordered it was decaf though so hopefully just a fluke today, but I'll be more careful next time.

Mirabelle was chosen for friends night out due to the social media post and it looking great on socials. I'd first like to say the staff here were amazing. We were helped by quite a few of them during our dining experience. We were even given a guided tour of the rentable event space, as well as the 2 other restaurant concepts they run, which are connected to Mirabelle. Shiki - Japanese inspired noodle bar, and Parlour Bar - Speakeasy vibes. Mirabelle has more of a supper club atmosphere. Back to the dining experience, we all ordered the drink special - I don't recall the name but we all enjoyed it. Kind of like a cosmo. We were able to catch a few things from the happy hour. As I said earlier I was looking forward to ordering the wings, which I did, but was later informed they ran out - we did go at dinner opening on a Monday - maybe they had a super busy week. I was left to only trying cheese curds and fries which were okay, nothing special. Others tried the caesar salad, a shrimp pasta dish, popcorn, and a few other dishes. Overall they weren't very impressed either. Probably would have enjoyed the other concepts a bit more personally. Also had popovers - they were very egg forward - smell and taste - also something no one really enjoyed at our table. The drinks and vibes were amazing though!

If you want to come here even relatively close to peak hours, I would highly recommend a reservation. My personal favorites here include the Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich and the Minute Chicken. I've gotten both items multiple times and they are consistently great. Do yourself a favor and get the Dessert Flight; the portions are more than fair for the price and the Banana Cream Pie is to die for. We recently did brunch at Hazelwood for the first time. The Monkey Bread is a generous size with a crispy outside and gooey center - exactly how you would want it to be. The Smoked Gouda Hash browns are worth getting on the side with any item that doesn't already include them; they are so creamy and have a rich cheesy flavor with a nice crispy top layer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Avocado Toast. The bacon bits, lettuce, and poached egg completely overwhelm the avocado, which is virtually nonexistent. It's served on a very small and boring piece of wheat toast.
