When I expressed concern that my vision was worse upon putting on the new glasses, I was advised that if the situation didn't improve after 2 weeks of constant wear, I should return to my ophthalmologist to get a new prescription. My 'corrected' vision did not improve, my ophthalmologist confirmed the original Rx and I'm stuck with $1300 glasses because that's the price I'll pay to avoid dealing with this business again.

The most amazing part is, I purchased a pair I thought was perfect but it ended up not working at all (I wear hearing aids, have a wide bridge but narrow face, etc. so I'm not an "easy fit"). I went back and they went the extra mile over and over to make sure I had a better pair that fit better, looked better and refunded me some money because the second pair was less expensive than the first. The 2 (only) 1 star reviews here ( from Last year ) are not reflective of the service I've received the last two months from WP in Greensboro. They will gladly adjust your glasses if you purchased them from WP. I've been in several times for this. Also I've had 3 pairs sent to me over the last 2 months, they always arrive quicker than expected, I get an email each time telling me they're won their way and when they're delivered and I just pop in the store to have them adjusted after they arrive. Because of a special circumstance (they put new lenses in an old frame they no longer carry) they were delivered to the store and I received an email and a call saying they were ready for me to pick up. I would never buy my eyeglasses anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone (I get compliments almost weekly on my glasses).

The lady who took me through all the machines at the beginning of the appointment was very thorough and walked me through each machine, telling me what each one was for. My prescription update was easy and checking out went fantastic. The lady at the front desk walked me through me ordering my new prescription of contacts and was such a joy to chat with. I got there and there was about 6 ppl in front of me. & the people kept coming in. This office is a 2 girl team and when I tell you they were moving! I paid $80 for the exam. Went and meet the dr and she was the best! She took her time, she asking a.m series of questions. She was very detailed in discussing my care plan. Asked if I had any questions. Technician I ended up with was not very good 1. No intro of who she was 2. Had trouble operating the eye scan machine and had to get assistance. 3. Rushed through my eye testing and seemed upset / huffy about the whole process. 4. Seemed like she did not want to be there or had somewhere urgent to be other then work 5. End of exam she mumbled something about an extra service for $20.00 but could not decipher her as she was walking out the door 5. Don't know who she was( not the oldest and not the youngest of the techs there. 5. Doc was ok. 6. Will use a different eye care option I the future and same for my family. 7. My company uses them for eye exams as well and I will be recommending a change.
