I have worked with trainers at high-level tennis academies and in collegiate athletics, and I can…read moresay without hesitation that Luca is the best trainer I have ever worked with. What sets Luca apart is not simply technical knowledge, but an extraordinary ability to translate movement into feeling. Luca's explanations, demonstrations, and carefully chosen cues allow me to make meaningful connections in my own body. I have struggled for years with tight hips, limited mobility, and a fractured back that often made movement painful and uncertain. Luca recognized immediately that so much of that tension originated in my hips and lower body, and with remarkable patience we have devoted ourselves to strengthening those areas. The results have been nothing short of transformative. I am now squatting and deadlifting--movements I once associated only with pain and the fear of further injury. Even more importantly, I carry Luca's cues with me every time I train on my own. This experience has changed not just how I exercise, but how I inhabit my body. In a world that constantly alienates us from ourselves--through screens, endless sitting, work, comparison, and the pressure to look a certain way--Luca offers the opportunity to reconnect with your body from the inside out. There are no mirrors in the gym because the goal is not performance for an audience or chasing an image. The focus is on sensation, awareness, and discovering what your body is capable of feeling. Every session leaves me more alive, more grounded, and more grateful to be embodied. I never leave exhausted in the way I once thought a "good workout" required; I leave energized, confident, and deeply connected to myself. Luca approaches every client with exceptional care and attention, meeting each person where they are and helping them build strength not as an end in itself, but as a way of expanding freedom, resilience, and joy in everyday life. That is a remarkable gift, and I cannot recommend Luca highly enough.

Blare took so much care in understanding my situation, asking plenty of questions and reflecting back what she heard from me. This made me feel that we were on the same page. In our actual training sessions, Blare walked me through each exercise, correcting and affirming me along the way. She helped me feel comfortable doing her workouts on my own, since part of my goals included having a workout routine I could do weekly. After a few months, it was very noticeable that my body'd 'evened out' in terms of strength! I no longer had a hip drift in my squat which was how I first noticed my body was unbalanced in terms of strength. Blare is truly an expert in her field which completely matches my experience with all other trainers and instructors at Radically Fit. There is so much wisdom had among the trainers here and I can't recommend this gym enough.

He tailors the workout to your goals whatever they may be - weight loss, general fitness, gaining muscle, etc. Clientele includes a wide variety of ages and training experience from beginner to intermediate. Workouts are done in small batches of 3 people during each time slot - so no waiting for machines, and you get personalized attention from Anthony. Workouts are circuit style, and Anthony can also tailor them on the fly depending on your current needs. The session lasts between 30-45 mins. You feel accountable to Anthony and the peer group you train with, and everyone pushes and encourages everyone else to train hard. You will leave exhausted but happy. If you're having trouble committing to a regular gym schedule, this environment is very conducive to developing a good gym habit. The health, fitness and confidence you gain from this affects every aspect of your life, so the cost seems insignificant for the benefits you reap. She's exceptional…read more First, her experience and knowledge of fitness and nutrition are unparalleled, and her approach is balanced and tailored to what I need on any given day. She always starts our sessions asking me how I'm feeling and how my body is feeling and, if needed, will adjust my workout to accommodate. Alison offers as much or as little nutritional support as I want or need. There have been periods where I've sent her what I ate each day so she could help me balance my carbs, fats and proteins. I no longer do this, but we still discuss healthy eating habits, smoothie recipes and how to eat in a balanced way very often, if not every time I train with her. She's incredibly supportive and knowledgeable without being pushy, which is awesome. The logistical flexibility Alison offers is a game changer for my hectic work schedule. I can see Alison at the gym or virtually using Zoom. At first, I was VERY hesitant to try a virtual workout. It just seemed like something that wouldn't translate well to virtual (from in person). One week, my work schedule was such that I had to either do my session virtually or cancel it, so I gave it a shot! It was great - almost exactly like being in person. I now workout virtually with Alison 100% of the time. I am not someone who loves working out, but my workouts with Alison are enjoyable and sometimes even fun, as Alison is super funny and great to talk to. Her company makes the workouts go by quickly, which is an added bonus for those of us who don't love working out. Before I found Alison, I had tried a couple different personal trainers. They were either inflexible (I got the impression they had a cookie cutter workout they used for every client, regardless of the needs), annoying or outrageously priced. Alison is amazing at what she does, and I'd recommend her to anyone, regardless of their workout needs!

I knew that the only way to keep working on my feet was to get stronger -- but I had no idea where to start. Being an extreme introvert with limited executive function, just showing up to a gym or public fitness classes on my own volition didn't feel like an option. Thankfully my partner and I were introduced to Alison. With Alison's guidance we've been getting stronger and more confident in our work and daily activities. Consistent weekly appointments help me stay on track with my goals and give me a sense of accountability that I just can't impose on myself. She makes sure we never do the same workout twice which keeps things interesting and never boring. I've never felt stronger or more comfortable in my body. My joints feel lighter and my back is straighter. Working with Alison has been game-changing!

Pilates: I love attending the reformer classes, particularly Alba's and Jessica's, but I've attended most if not all of the instructors' classes and they've all been great. The weekend classes do get kind of quick so it's better to book in advance. Gym: Clean, never packed (at least when I go). I always find space to stretch with no issue and have never had to wait for what I need. People put their weights back. There are spray bottles and cloths to wipe what you use after. The bathrooms are clean, and the red light sauna is a treat (honestly my deciding factor for adding the membership lol). I've yet to use the cold plunge or the showers. I can't recommend Matt highly enough. He is patient, thoughtful, and very much a no-BS trainer in…read morethe best way. His attention to form is unmatched. He is constantly checking in, asking where I feel each movement in my body and how I'm doing, which makes every session feel intentional and safe. Matt knows how to challenge you while also reminding you that you are strong. I tend to be my own harshest critic, and he has a way of gently calling that out while still celebrating real progress and wins. His cues are incredibly clear and precise. Because of that, I can truly activate the muscles I'm working on instead of just moving through exercises. I'm a breast cancer survivor and a former marathon runner with significant knee damage. Over the past 10 years, Matt is my fifth trainer, and he stands out as one of the best. I had previously only worked with women, but Matt's style, care, and attention to detail have helped me rebuild strength and control in areas I never thought I'd regain. He is actively helping me rehabilitate function in my knees in ways I honestly did not think were possible. As a result, I'm more mobile and experiencing far less knee and joint pain. MYO Lab itself is also a standout. The state-of-the-art, smart equipment is thoughtfully designed and truly supports better form and body awareness, which complements Matt's coaching perfectly. If you're looking for a trainer who is deeply knowledgeable, encouraging without fluff, and genuinely invested in your progress, Matt is exceptional.
