So kind & each one of them makes sure you like them before having you get off their table. If you're ever unhappy or need something fixed, simply just let them know and they'll fix it for you! My lashes always last me 2-3 weeks before needing a fill & appointments is usually anywhere from 1.5-2 hours, which is the normal. The vibe inside is super relaxing, like a spa. The beds are comfy & I knock out every time I come in lol. They offer blankets if you're cold & little pillow to put under your legs or your back. There is a parking lot & lots of street parking so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. I've tried out multiple different lash techs here and am never dissatisfied. This is my favorite lash extensions boutique & will continue to come here to support them! :)

After going through their instagram posts, I decided to go for it and was able to set up an appointment through DM. The place was very clean and organized and you get your own private area. They even put relaxing music which I enjoyed a lot. I didn't get a lot of time to go over the styles and stuff with the technician since it seemed that she wasn't comfortable speaking in English. I ended up choosing the 2D natural wispy style but didn't get to go over what type of curl. Since I have monolids, it can be very tricky to get the right style to suit my eye shape and I would value having a technician who would have more knowledge on what styles suit monolids more. My technician was very quick. She finished doing my lashes in about 45 minutes. The end product did not look bad at all but since I have straight stubborn lashes, it does weigh down the extensions, making my eyes look even smaller. I really wish I could've asked for D curl instead since I believe that would help lift my eyelids a bit. Also, I do not feel any poking or itching whatsoever which I'm really thankful for but I really wish the extensions were applied more evenly. I could see some areas on my right eye that is more sparse than my left. In addition to the lengths which do not look even when my eyes are open.

The vibe in there is great as well because the beds are comfy, the environment is clean and the workers are friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for lashes. I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.

5/5 Stars - Beyond Talented with a Heart of Gold! I have…read morebeen going to Michelle at Promise Lash in Temple City for seven years, and shame on me for taking this long to write the review she so truly deserves! Today was a wonderful testament to not only Michelle's incredible skill, but also her incredible heart. She casually mentioned to me today that my very first appointment with her was way back in September 2011--or as she playfully puts it, "9/11." It reminded me of just how accommodating she has been all these years. With my crazy schedule, I rarely book far in advance; instead, I'm famous for sending her last-minute "911" texts asking if she has any openings. Even though she loves to tease me about how "busy" I am, she always finds a way to squeeze me in and save the day! Beyond her flexibility, her work is top-notch. Michelle carefully selects the best lashes tailored specifically to my eyes, giving me a fresh, vibrant, and youthful glow. Her work is so seamless and flattering that I've completely stopped wearing makeup (except for a lip gloss!) and have fully embraced a "natural beauty" routine--all thanks to her! Plus, her prices are wonderfully budget-friendly (around $40 to $60 for a classic set, depending on the style), making high-quality lash care accessible and sustainable. Most importantly, Michelle is a business owner with a true heart of gold. She genuinely cares about her clients and community. When I was preparing to travel to a third-world country with a non-profit organization to serve Christmas Eve meals, Michelle stepped up and helped raise funds. Her generosity directly helped provide over 300 meals to people in need so they could enjoy a special holiday meal. If you are looking for someone who provides phenomenal quality, reasonable prices, exceptional service, and genuinely cares about people, look no further. Michelle is simply the best!
