They have a plethora of work out classes ranging from beginner ballet, sound baths, yoga, Pilates, dance etc. I have been slowly working my way through the different classes to try them all. They also have "circles" which are group meetings. These circles cover things from trauma, hormonal changes, to writing and art classes. I have tried a couple of circles, which has been nice to just be in the community and talk/get to know one another. Lastly they do mixers here-n-there and other events. I have yet to try a mixer, but I am sure I will at some point. The circle is really for everyone and every age ... I will say it does lean towards more 40 and up though.
