The clubhouse is an event space for veteran-hosted events within the Admiral Baker's Field Complex. While most of the properties in the complex require military ID, this clubhouse does not. We were able to enjoy a casual lunch here. Prices are unbeatable as you could get tax-free entrees of sandwiches for $12-$16. Portions were huge and service was great. Most of the family ordered wagyu burgers. I went with an avocado bacon chicken sandwich on brioche for $15. The food was simple, but prepared well, in generous portions, and a reasonable price. Prices are going up; however, this is the case everywhere. Overall, it's a popular event space for veteran-hosted events (eg: weddings/parties for families with veterans), but it also is a nice option for casual lunch and drinks!

I'll be back.

Also, if you are a person of color, you most likely work here, NOT a member. This is still clearly mostly a club for old, white, powerful men. As a diverse woman of color, I did not feel welcome. In fact, I was DISINVITED to join. In writing. Nice views but is it worth the $750 initiation fee and monthly dues of $260 and up? (It is not. Lol. I found much better alternatives at a much lower price point without a one-year contract commitment.)

Some of my favorite parts about BRICK were the late event time, no noise ordinance, flexible decor options, flexible vendor options, ample parking and more. We supplied our own alcohol and they did the rest! During the planning stage of the event, BRICK was extremely responsive and helped us with every tiny detail. We worked closely with Hannah, Sabrina, and Victoria. I would absolutely choose BRICK again!
