The instructor was very nice and really challenges you to step out of your comfort zone. Even though we had to wait an hour to start, we still had a nice experience. It was well worth the wait. Our group for the class was a total of 10 girls. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Parking is limited and since the other class ran over time, most of us had to valet or street park with pay by phone. The class was very interactive and they had music playing the entire time.
