The lunch specials are amazing with heaping portions at a friendly price. I visited for lunch and had the vegan special: Coconut cream green curry. A tofu-based fresh summer roll with nice dipping sauces. A bowl of jasmine rice. And mango sticky rice pudding for dessert. My gosh! So seriously delicious. I could tell this place is the real deal when I saw the chefs carefully making up my individual serving of green curry. The Old Quarter knows it has to be even better than excellent to survive in the extraordinarily competivie Wellington restaurant scene and the chefs go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.
