No chance to call police as his phone was taken and dropped at the bar/somewhere in a pub as I was at home due to family obligations and took me ages to reach out my partner. I'm thankful he got home himself and I don't have to visit him in a hospital. I explained I was a customer wanting to book a room and was told that my introduction was overly familiar. This by the way is a phone call. The only reason I contacted them is that I have a large group of people coming over to Little Kimble and we thought to keep it local. Unfortunately being kind and polite is familiar here.
