I had asked a different woman there did the prices go up ? She didn't seem to know um ?? So when they laundry mat e-mailed me my receipt with the question how was the service I told her my concerns. She was the owner, she engaged in a couple of emails. She said that the price they quoted at pick up was right and Brittany must of made a mistake she did apologize. Well Monday I went in to do my usually drop off and Brittany wouldn't look at my face she "said I hope you don't need these soon cause were very busy". She said we've picked new clients I was surprised because I always picked up the following afternoon . She seemed annoyed with me keeping a controlled pissy demeanor with me. I was going to take me things somewhere else but I needed clothes . Doing my own laundry has become a little challenge for me both my knees need to be replaced, the day I saw her I had my cane and I was in pain. So tell me is this the way you treat the elderly ??? The problem lies in…read morethe fact that there is no number to call to check your balance on the card and despite the card saying that there's a number on the machine to call to check your balance when I call Cleary's to get the number on the machine there is no phone number. I don't know if this is a scam to get people to come back to check the balance on their card thinking they can do their laundry and then finding out they can't because nowadays with the way money is and the way people are having a hard time of it there should be a number to call to get your card balance. I have dealt with many card operated laundromats before and this has never been a problem there's usually a number on the back of the card or there's a number on the machine that the person at the laundromat can give you. This is bad business. They don't care whether or not you have to waste time to go down and get your card balance even if you have nothing on your card and barely any gas in your tank just to see if you have enough money to do your laundry. Those they weren't working had signs stating so. Many of them had cute little signs or drawings. The staff/owners were very helpful and attentive. They helped me get the biggest bang for my quarters.
