5 stars for this location. The front desk people are friendly, and the classes here are fun. My…read morefavorite classes are Upbeat Lift on Monday mornings, and BodyBalance and BodyJam on Wednesdays! I would love it if they added more BodyBalance classes maybe on a Friday at 10. Also Yoga later in the day would be amazing! I also found this gym via 7 day trial and wasn't pressured to sign up for any membership here. I feel like this location isn't super pressuring which I really like. There are a few other EōS locations that do pressure which is a huge turn off. This location does a good job of offering what's available (supplement sales for example) but not standing over me waiting for me to buy a bunch of them. Haven't had any issues with billing so far. Hopefully I won't. I'm keeping an eye on it just in case, but so far so good.

We are both disabled and looking to rehabilitate ourselves as much as possible. Upon arriving my wife was told to enter her information at a nearby terminal. The current location was due to move into a larger space at the end of the month, so this seemed like a great time to join. After having a "Tour" of the location we looked over the membership information with a young man named "Keaton". We liked everything but needed to go, so we asked for his card. He returned with a younger gentleman, and this is where they lost us. Since my wife already volunteered her information, they had "proof" we were there - so if we did not sign up TODAY, the great introductory offer went from ONE DOLLAR to FIFTY DOLLARS!? Instead of honest upfront communication, we received underhanded sneaky sales BS. If they'll pull that garbage at the door, they'll con you at every turn. EoS must be the acronym used by their employees in describing customers~ "EVERY other SUCKER"

But at crossfit all I have to do is show up! The coaches are awesome and the workouts are killer! I always feel like I worked so hard! If you are near the area you should definitely check it out.

I have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, the frankly stupid, and the wantonly dangerous. So, you can imagine my wary entry into this gym way out in Utah. My surprise was notable. The equipment and space are as good as it gets. They have everything and it is organized, well-maintained, and "enough" for everyone. The work out and warm up made sense and the stayed on time (a critical element when you are dropping in). However, the ultimate reason to visit or join is the staff. They had four (!!) staff at both the 5:30 and 6:30 classes and all were friendly, extremely welcoming, interested, and knowledgeable. Even the owner, Eric, interrupted his work out that he was doing off to the side to coach me. I am usually a bit annoyed with "help" on stuff I am experienced at doing-- yet I have to be honest... he taught me how to time my breathing with wall balls and how to change the angle on my kipping pull-ups to relieve elbow stress. I guess I was wrong about not needing coaching. It actually helped. He watched the subtleties. Really a nice value-added plus to my experience. So, to judge them-- and I can be harsh on butt-head coaches and skanky gyms-- I'd say this is one of the top three boxes I've visited in the US and abroad. They have all the tools and use them humbly, safely, and with a real sense of welcoming and caring. They seemed thrilled to have everyone there. Go visit. You'll be very pleased.
