5 stars for this location. The front desk people are friendly, and the classes here are fun. My…read morefavorite classes are Upbeat Lift on Monday mornings, and BodyBalance and BodyJam on Wednesdays! I would love it if they added more BodyBalance classes maybe on a Friday at 10. Also Yoga later in the day would be amazing! I also found this gym via 7 day trial and wasn't pressured to sign up for any membership here. I feel like this location isn't super pressuring which I really like. There are a few other EōS locations that do pressure which is a huge turn off. This location does a good job of offering what's available (supplement sales for example) but not standing over me waiting for me to buy a bunch of them. Haven't had any issues with billing so far. Hopefully I won't. I'm keeping an eye on it just in case, but so far so good.

After my workout, I went to downgrade my membership from the Will Power plan to the Basic Plan and spoke with Caitlyn. Unfortunately, the experience completely changed how I felt about the gym. She immediately came across as rude and unhelpful while explaining fees that I had not previously been aware of. Her tone felt very aggressive and dismissive, and she repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to speak. I remained polite throughout the conversation, but I did not feel like I was being listened to or that she had any interest in helping me resolve the situation. Caitlyn eventually walked away, and Eli and another employee stepped in to help me. I explained what had happened, and they were very kind, apologized for the experience, and helped me with what I needed. What is especially disappointing is that before this interaction, I was actually considering purchasing a personal training program. I had just finished a great welcome workout and was feeling really positive about starting my membership at EOS. Instead, the experience with Caitlyn left such a negative impression that I ended up canceling my membership altogether and am now considering switching gyms. It is frustrating that one interaction could completely change what had otherwise been such a positive experience. David, Eli, and the other employee were wonderful, but my interaction with Caitlyn ultimately ruined my overall impression of EOS.

But at crossfit all I have to do is show up! The coaches are awesome and the workouts are killer! I always feel like I worked so hard! If you are near the area you should definitely check it out.

I have seen the good, the bad, the ugly, the frankly stupid, and the wantonly dangerous. So, you can imagine my wary entry into this gym way out in Utah. My surprise was notable. The equipment and space are as good as it gets. They have everything and it is organized, well-maintained, and "enough" for everyone. The work out and warm up made sense and the stayed on time (a critical element when you are dropping in). However, the ultimate reason to visit or join is the staff. They had four (!!) staff at both the 5:30 and 6:30 classes and all were friendly, extremely welcoming, interested, and knowledgeable. Even the owner, Eric, interrupted his work out that he was doing off to the side to coach me. I am usually a bit annoyed with "help" on stuff I am experienced at doing-- yet I have to be honest... he taught me how to time my breathing with wall balls and how to change the angle on my kipping pull-ups to relieve elbow stress. I guess I was wrong about not needing coaching. It actually helped. He watched the subtleties. Really a nice value-added plus to my experience. So, to judge them-- and I can be harsh on butt-head coaches and skanky gyms-- I'd say this is one of the top three boxes I've visited in the US and abroad. They have all the tools and use them humbly, safely, and with a real sense of welcoming and caring. They seemed thrilled to have everyone there. Go visit. You'll be very pleased.

It was easy to purchase the passes on the website and then come into the pool area. It was so nice having a family bathroom too and seeing a few of them so that we didn't feel too rushed getting into our suits. My 2 year old is usually afraid of the water and I wasn't sure how he'd like it but he was so excited! Big kiddos to the kiddie area with the slide. It got him out of his shell and he became a new kid. He was actually purposefully dunking himself and getting his face wet. We spent a good amount of our time jumping off the side of letting him practice floating on his back. He even tried his new floaty for the first time and even wanted to try swimming by himself. He even tried the big water slide! They also had a good amount of lifeguards and all of them were spaced in the right places in every possible corner of the pool. I'm not used to that or the lifeguards don't seem to want to be there but every lifeguard was alert and paying attention. And they rotated fairly often which was nice too! We didn't go to the outside pool though. All in all it was an amazing first time and we'll definitely be coming back again this summer!

If your little one doesn't like to get splashed in the face this is a good time to go. It's pretty empty and if you are swimming with people who are not "toddlers" they can also swim. It's a much more relaxing atmosphere. The yellow slide is turned off during this time though
