Also Yoga later in the day would be amazing! I also found this gym via 7 day trial and wasn't pressured to sign up for any membership here. I feel like this location isn't super pressuring which I really like. There are a few other EōS locations that do pressure which is a huge turn off. This location does a good job of offering what's available (supplement sales for example) but not standing over me waiting for me to buy a bunch of them. Haven't had any issues with billing so far. Hopefully I won't. I'm keeping an eye on it just in case, but so far so good.

We are both disabled and looking to rehabilitate ourselves as much as possible. Upon arriving my wife was told to enter her information at a nearby terminal. The current location was due to move into a larger space at the end of the month, so this seemed like a great time to join. After having a "Tour" of the location we looked over the membership information with a young man named "Keaton". We liked everything but needed to go, so we asked for his card. He returned with a younger gentleman, and this is where they lost us. Since my wife already volunteered her information, they had "proof" we were there - so if we did not sign up TODAY, the great introductory offer went from ONE DOLLAR to FIFTY DOLLARS!? Instead of honest upfront communication, we received underhanded sneaky sales BS. If they'll pull that garbage at the door, they'll con you at every turn. EoS must be the acronym used by their employees in describing customers~ "EVERY other SUCKER"

The only reason I put a 4 is because the steam room was really dirty when I was there. The smell of piss, mildew and ass. Just need a spray down every other day in there. You could see the grime and little bit of dirt piles at the entrance mixed with the steam wetness.

I have lost 40 pounds since I started a few years ago. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is not getting the results they want on their current program, someone who may be intemidated to go to a gym, someone looking for some coaching and help in acheiving their goals. The trainers are kind and friendly. The workouts are quick and efficient. I am always excited to see what we will be doing each day.

Everything about this gym's equipment is just genuinely old and crummy. I mentioned to management that their pool is unbearably cold. The kids that were getting in the pool (on several occasions) were getting blue lips and it just seemed to get colder as the months went on and my youngest refused to get in anymore. Old people would get in the pool and just say, "Sure is miserable, isn't it?" Management told me that the pool temp was optimal and that basically I just need to deal with it. A week later they are replacing a water pump in the pool. It's just a really disrespectful management atmosphere. My husband's father died and we were going to be out of state for two weeks and since this gym is SO expensive, I asked if we could get some sort of refund or credit while we were gone. They told me "no sorry" and that was it. I told them that I have never had a gym treat death in a family so lightly and how cruel that is. It was only after having to remind them to treat people right that they decided maybe they could put our account on hold for two weeks. Like, how on earth have they gotten that low that they weren't willing to offer that without hesitation initially? Very unfortunate and just so cocky. This gym is SOOOOOO much more expensive than any gym in the area and just doesn't make sense how they can be so cocky and rude when their gym really is the oldest and crummiest gym I've ever been to. Their classes are pretty good but the yoga room is so cramped that it makes class squishy a lot and the speakers in the room are so old that they break a lot. It's really something. I think young moms get taken advantage of the most because a one-year-old that can be in the kids' club for an hour costs just as much as a 17-year-old child that could go to the gym all day, every day. I'm planning on going to the Marshall White Center that's opening back up soon and I think a lot of young moms will come with me because this gym is WAY too expensive for what you actually get out of the facility.

I've been going to OAC for about 4 years, none of the equipment is the same brand, size, or similar in quality. It's a dated gym and half the time, machines or equipment are broken. When they do repair they its usually very poor quality. It's a very dated gym and the average cost of a membership is about 50% more than local gyms. It takes a long time for equipment to be repaired and they have more "don't do this" signs than anything I've ever seen. Things like, "dont use your phone" "don't wear sandals" Dont move this, don't move that etc. I really enjoyed the members, everyone is very nice and super friendly. The only real upside is that the kid care is AWESOME. The staff is very friendly, and they have a free area where older kids can just chill and watch movie. Great for the summer. They always have different crafts for the kids to do too. That's why they get 2 stars not 1.

I knew it was going to be an adjustment since I haven't been to a gym in 9 or so years (remember lifetime fitness?). I was worried I wouldn't know how to use the equipment and I would just look silly! That wasn't the case (well maybe I still looked silly but no one cared!). Any questions I had were answered beyond expectation! The gym is very clean, up to date, the equipment is friendly to use, towels are provided (cold ones too, which are amazing after breaking a sweat!!). I used my free consultation with Justin and he was wonderful! He pushed me even when I wanted to tap out! I know it was totally worth it and having someone to push you when you want to quit definitely helps! I look forward to going again tomorrow!! The only downside is the tanning bed is slightly out of date, but in all honesty it's unlimited for only and extra $10 a month. It's still well worth it!

After calling the owner to see if he could make up some of the time he paid for she told me "he needs to learn a lesson!" This was his firs experience with a gym and he will learn from his mistake but the first lesson he will learn is to not go back to snap fitness

I have repeatedly left messages, and e-mails for them to help me resolve my membership issues, and they don't have the decency to acknowledge me. The owner has no interest in handling these issue's. It's unfortunate because if he did as good a job regarding membership billing, and customer service, as he did instructing his classes, he would probably have more members. Sad, but true.
